We're not all that worried about Europe we're seeing great trends.

We've so far had a very successful year opening hotels.

They see though a lot of traffic lot of search traffic on their web sites some people are looking for deals are you finding that at double -- right now.
As revenue increased through the website is -- online searching happening with.
DoubleTree.
Yet most definitely I mean online search continues to grow for us fortunately for us is growing in double digits.
And I you know our operators use that as a tool.
To help leverage their hotels and continued need to drive rates and drive occupancy.
But ultimately comes down to the product in you have to have that great service you have to have that great product wherever you are in the world.
Aren't let me ask you about about overall -- an expansion that you've been doing because.
Help -- -- DoubleTree it as well put a lot of money.
Millions of dollars a -- three billion dollars into improving the change made -- happiest I have to cut Israel love the cookies but overall -- visit that return on investments -- -- come back to you.
