Because of the impact on the state of Nebraska they've re routed the path that it would take.

Upbringing and about sixteen billion or so soy corn wheat they can use farmers feel comfortable that it is a safe -- From any kind of environmentally impacting negatively impacting accident that might if it ever happened happened.
Lives there are two key elements of this that we've worked all along number one it has to go outside of the environmentally sensitive sand hills area.
There's a map that shows where that's at secondly they will do a supplemental environmental impact statement to make sure they pass all the environmental.
Regulations if all that gets done properly and in a positive way which I think will.
There will submit all that information -- the president of the United States and -- this year with you I've had numerous conversations with the Obama administration.
And I really believe ultimately not -- speak form.
I know they have some political issues to deal with the environmentalists.
Watching it by the election I really believe that -- prove the Keystone Pipeline.
Have you had then I'm assuming positive conversations with the Obama administration.
All of number of officials and others who shared with the information they kind of privately.
They've got their own political situation regarding the environmentalists.
But at the end of the day this is about energy security energy independence.
And American jobs we -- we need to move forward with the keystone.
Like OK you mentioned the sand hills and then there's the all the law -- -- -- of course the water system and listened to a lot of people think that these are.
But seriously left when people were posted if you -- Republican governor used to said wait a minute let's make sure that the impact.
Is not going to be devastating that he wishes performs so is it fair to say here that you will not allow this you can see for sure that -- -- -- -- -- -- problem.
Oh absolutely because I've made it very clear from day one.
This issue in Nebraska was the route we favored the pipeline but not the initial round.
Well now it's gonna go around the environmentally sensitive stand yields that's the key element.
He'll still go over push a portion of the awkward for but not like -- used to.
And then secondly it's got to pass Muster relative to that supplemental environmental impact statement and we can't pre judge that.
But you know what kind of pass Muster relative to the old route through the Department of -- I really think that's likely to occur.
But we're not gonna -- judges we're gonna go through that process and see what happens.

You talked about creating jobs.
I think.
They may be some of our viewers -- might be something here that the unemployment rate in Nebraska is 4% compared to the national average which is eight point 2%.
Up shortly to Berkshire Hathaway shareholder meeting at least in the short term creates jobs 38000 people to -- The tourism issued the impact of that is very positive but there's some questions about profits -- says his client states -- prostate cancer but.
Have you looked ahead as a pulpit businessman and a governor to how you fill a void that may be left wants mr.
buffet is not sitting up on stage for -- -- Well it will certainly be an issue at some point in time but mr.
Buffett's well respected.
He's got a succession planning maybe not necessarily gonna sure that would mean maybe all you got aren't gonna -- right here review.
But you know we really focus in this -- on our business climate lowering taxes.
Modernizing our economic incentives.
Working with higher education K12 presents a key element lower energy costs.
And again we're proud we have -- 4% unemployment rate we'd like to go even lower.
But you've got to work -- their business community awards a key element of that.
-- so you know we'll see what the future holds but he's put together an extraordinary company that's gonna go well beyond his lifetime he's made that very -- You know looking at the state here it's important to point out.
You guys never got involved in the sub prime mortgage mess because you had certain regulations specific to Nebraska.
Were they can't believe that you know other states can realize that there are such things as certain good regulations that could help safest thing.
Lives there really are in you know one of the things I -- about Nebraska we believe that this fundamental financial principal.
We don't spend money we don't have if you go to invest in a -- we ought to make it down payment not only take out loans for example that you could afford.
Our businesses didn't take out operating -- or real stable they couldn't afford to pay off.
All of those things -- difference.
We -- slow steady growth rather than the ups and downs and it's really paying off.
Right now governor Dave -- the man who at the end of your term will be the longest serving governor of the state of Nebraska.
Thank you very much for taking very much to lose -- -- committed job well done and again just to be sure about the Keystone Pipeline is still haven't seen the new.
Application to wait to see it to make sure that it's perfectly -- that's exactly right.
