Good morning everyone let's start things off with a look at the markets first in Europe we'll get an interest rate decision from the European Central Bank this morning.

Policy makers there are expected to keep the rate unchanged at a record low of 1%.

Also Spain sold 3.3 billion dollars worth of three and five year bonds.

The yield for the five year was four point 75%.

That's higher than the 3.5 percent.

Futures have been also to the upside just recently Dow futures are up by 22 the S and he's up by three and the NASDAQ up by seven -- take a closer look.

And what's moving Europe with Barclays wealth equity strategist Hank Potts over in London heck he's CB ECB holding its rate decision meeting in Spain of all places amid a growing push for stimulus efforts from the bank.

Someone -- even any chance it announces a bond buying program in an already at a plans along those lines today.

People are expected to have filed for first time jobless benefits last week.

That let me down from the 388000.

That would mark the sixteenth straight week that they've done that.

We'll also get our first reading on first quarter nonfarm productivity and that number is expected to be down by half of 1% for the quarter after the fourth quarter rose.

Nearly 1% labor costs meanwhile are expected to have climbed by two point 8% during that period.

Unchanged from the prior quarter will have all of those numbers as soon as they cross at 8:30 eastern.

The private equity group priced its initial public offering at 22 dollars a share.

Below its original range of 23 to 25 dollars a share.

It comes ahead of the highly anticipated FaceBook offering.
