Com I don't that it's necessary being misdirected I think that.

There's a lot of money coming in for excellence and that's not necessarily where.

The administration is putting their priorities I think there's sort of looking to to cut back on athletics in a way that doesn't really match the have you had any direct discussions with the administration.

I have and I hope to.

And what I mean they they read the school newspaper right -- mean you've written some really intelligent profound editorials that they have got to one national international.

The best news -- and the -- world.

No and no pressure but but I mean they doctors tend to talk to you in some ignore I've been I've been -- -- that.

Actually am supposed to talk -- to present -- president later this week and sort of zero that takes me but until -- -- they had had a lot.

From then.

-- your findings have you found that this is an overriding trend in the country not just at Yale.

I don't think it I don't think it is -- all I I think in the Ivy League actually there is and there are times article recently signed sort of how -- they got products on the up -- up as financially it is becoming more available to you know.

And they can't greater commitments to broader financial -- able to give athletes similar packages to -- schools.

And I mean all students but and a lot of that comes from alumni demand from.

You know the school's endowments I think in a lot of cases -- like Harvard Princeton are starting to become nationally relevant maybe -- sports that are always national element but.

But they're doing a good job and I don't know that it's -- -- else is this some sort of I believe this type of thing -- school where you know what may be.

Athletics are beneath us you know we're an academic association.

Having not spoken tenant administration sort of hard to it to say but I -- what's your gut that.

Well I get the general sense that.

President of engines -- -- sort of the place of the university.

You know in society and its job and I think.

The -- consensus is that you know we're supposed to be forwarding academia and all these fields that we can.

And that student athletes present sort of an opportunity cost to that progress because supposedly -- and I.

Pushing that maybe as much for managers of -- Winding down a little bit how wanna get a feel for these wealthy alumni and -- yeah I mean at some famous names were you surprised to hear from them where you you know.

I was honestly decide to hear their feedback they're very supportive.

But there's definitely been a lot and a lot of names that.

I didn't know before us and they do now -- that should have not use names yeah.

Yes and that this cut that back -- have to keep identified.

Do I we wanna hear from yet to meet with president had a fantastic great appreciate it.
