President Obama now turning to Bill Clinton for help and campaign fund raising -- -- right there.

Even Bob McDonnell hearing in Virginia.
But if you talk to the party chairman people who are strategic and -- thinking about what it will take.
To get Mitt Romney.
Past Barack Obama.
They're saying you know what here's someone Condi Rice with political credibility she's nobody's token appointment she speaks to the Hispanics and blacks in the country and women specifically in a very credible way.
That says to them this -- -- forward looking.
Candidates the being held by Mitt Romney he's not antagonistic to anybody and he -- yeah.
Its tunnels -- war in LA spirit I mean this is the woman who knows foreign policy like nobody absolutely which is really sort of a weak point permit -- -- and -- -- she speaks exactly.
To his weakness in terms of that foreign policy arena and don't forget.
I just recently she was working on the education piece and again I think this speaks to the educational needs in the country.
At a time when people are saying -- Mitt Romney get what's happening you know some people wanna caricature him as a rich -- I think this says Mitt Romney understands that every parent cares about making sure their kids a good education so they can move up that ladder of economic mobility.
-- it's an interesting thought and and that it.
It's strange to me that you haven't heard more about it today.
I she's not on all the short was and that's prices well other downsides areas people sell it reminds voters of the Bush Administration I think that they are wrong on this point I think it helps people to move forward in terms I'd be Romney candidacy.
And our -- Romney at the position where more women specifically would vote for him.
-- let's talk about Bill Clinton raising money.
For the president I -- you say that there's aside beneficiary for Bill Clinton what is that.
Well -- Hillary when he sixteen get your buttons -- You know what everybody on the Clinton team is looking to her as a candidate in -- when he sixteen.
And she's got to get rid of some debts that -- accrued in the 08 campaign.
Here you have -- Obama saying he's willing to help get rid of that debt.
And here's President Clinton former president United States thank all -- good.
He'll have Barack Obama help them get rid of the debt and then have Barack Obama win or lose here and when he twelfth on the Hillary Clinton team going in the 26 -- -- But you know the thing that surprised me about Bill Clinton when he was speaking in an you know support of the president.
His apparent first words out of his mouth after okay thanks for having me here essentially -- -- -- the only reason we're here tonight he said.
He's got an opponent who basically wants to do what they did on steroids so yet again here we are fighting last administration.
And I don't see Bill Clinton hammering on what he thinks are the positives from the Obama administration is that because there's not a lot to brag about.
Well remember Jerry.
The Bill Clinton wrote a book in which he.
Broke with some of the Obama economic policies.
Already so I don't think he wants to have a specific discussion about.
You know the idea of taxing the rich and all the rest he says he doesn't think that's a Christmas particularly good idea at this point given the fragility of the recovery.
But he wants to say look back at what the Republicans -- member Bill Clinton.
Wants to be the wise men of the Democratic Party got a 60%.
Positive rating people love Bill Clinton and work right now he's saying it's in to his advantage.
To have a Democrat reelected.
And that Democrats Barack Obama I don't think they are best pals -- -- now.
Not at all -- I mean I think that's clear right Hitler did the president came out with this new campaign.
For -- They're gonna talk about a little later in the show but.
You know when you when you look at this in.
And you start to drill down on the numbers particularly on unemployment.
Tell you want it it's severely lacking in the -- likes to say is create I think in that in the little video that goes with forward he says I created four point 1%.
I -- the critical point one million jobs -- lost eight million jobs in the downturn.
And discipline and all in perspective for people out there there 300 million Americans out there so.
Let's be real about these numbers were not anywhere near where -- -- we should be -- or we would be in a typical recovery.
Right but Jerry I will say this to you Wall Street's just about back to where it was.
At the time that the recession hit.
Which is you know good news to sound the problem is the unemployment rate that you rightly target as they persist -- problem.
For Americans right now and I think that that is that the problem that everybody's got their hands on and I don't think Bill Clinton.
Can do much to deal with this issue especially given the fact that what he's doing is looking back and saying.
It was President Bush it was the recession it was the possibility of depression.
That drove Barack Obama to do what he could but you know clearly has not done enough to deal with the problem.
It's forward a good -- indeed -- I actually think that's it pat on our way forward that's it to use the word.
You know to me it looks weak as politically.
Expedia at this point to -- -- let's talk about moving forward let's not look back because it's not just let's not look back at what happened in terms.
What happened under President Bush's tenure but if not let's not look back at what President Obama either failed to do or I did do -- people don't like the stimulus -- that date that you -- Democrats are gonna back at stimulus right.
So let's not look back let's not engage in and recrimination let's move forward.
And and -- a -- partisan politics as.
Did they -- ballot that's not went -- and believe me the voters aren't stupid.
-- don't know they are not there way smarter than we are probably.
