Talking to a CEO recently about.

All of the ultra books out there and this person was saying watch out in focus is gonna be really big and it could very much take on the MacBook Pro because of the touch screen ability.

So tell us how -- that -- your bottom line going forward.

Well obviously the combination of -- books and Wendy's date this is just a fantastic catalyst force because not only do we play in what's called a touch -- which you see today and and notebooks.

Your notebook screen as well -- -- actually have to touch experiences.

That will really make for great and user experience.

It's how many months away -- been trying to get this from a lot of CEOs are we from seeing ultra books and that the opportunity for windows eight phones that would have your touchpad technology two months three months.

Well actually I just want -- to book a couple weeks ago itself to books themselves are out there but touch Microsoft's next.

Fit -- touch that is there commonwealth -- yet she can touch the screen as well so you have to touch experiences that they said.

That will be more in the wind is a time -- which he nearly -- Microsoft but generally more towards the fall time.

For -- Moore Microsoft possibly more toward the fall Acer Dell Lenovo Samsung these are some of your partnerships along with LG HTC.

Amazon's Kindle fire you know at one of the analysts just recently gave you.

An upgrade because they truly believe that New York technology inside the Kindle fire.

Is really going to propel your second half.

Numbers how -- -- fire sales doing for you.

Well currently were not -- In any -- Amazon products in ornate gates is any unreleased products out there we did say during our quarterly call yesterday Brian that we are that we are ramping up our.

And you'll see -- couple major OEMs over the coming months launch with our products in place.

That was trying to -- to get it could say you're going to be American adults are not yet I know you're not ready for any kind of announcement -- but.

You've been at a lot of different companies everything from.

You know Motorola you've been at -- -- -- -- done a lot of work here but what do you need to do differently at Synaptics won the competition globally.

Is so vicious.

Well really anywhere in early exciting Stacy human interface space and we got incredible technologies now just a matter -- seizing those opportunities we have very products we have the right technologies.

You've mentioned a lot of the key customers that were and how we -- solace customers and really bring this technology -- for end users in all around the globe as well.

So you've got the touch pad the click bad.

What what is and then that the -- what -- that the clique have what.

You know we clear path you know what is that and how is that different from the touch -- But -- fed is is there was caught okay cards sits at block square that you see -- -- notebook clear touches you don't see it it's it's there that technology but when you touch the screen.

That's that's when we enable our touch control -- actually understand your actions and in turn it into commands from the operating system or -- application.

You know I I have to tell you Rick I'm one of these Blackberry people who loves the feel of -- of the key pattern my fingers.

Pecking out on an iPhone and I hear this from some people -- a baby it hurts my -- That's -- that's so small that are telling me that because of your technology we are going to eventually see those key pads is obsolete.

Now you'll continue to see keyboards there's no better way to actually.

Input data than it than a keyboard it's the -- this mechanism.

But they're straight -- so it you know books for example the you do have is -- a keyboard and you'll continue to see that for for the foreseeable future.
