Father -- achieve -- joins us now from Philadelphia.

Now.

We're a financial program.

Without discussing autism.

Special education.

We want to know why you think those teaches should have been -- had.

And why they would not -- and -- the question really is has the union got something to do with it goes.

Well that you know.

Do the one shocking thing about this was is that even though the district -- -- -- the audio.

Were horrified but what they heard.

That the teacher was moved to a different school and that statement you just read.

When I read that I got a camera and I put a second -- you up -- I called.

That the teachers.

Voice -- at the new school and I played on on the on the video so people can see that no that -- is still working.

So that was a false statement that the school district put out and that's part of why is just so much silence why -- these rules saying that you can't even talk about it.

You know I'm looking first for downside -- I've one of the stores which we've fallen very close.

Stay on this program is the teaches union.

And it's -- and the idea that if you have a teacher behaving in a way which is a the very least inappropriate and on a pro on on professional.

Walk happens to that teacher.

One national story is that the teacher must have due process.

And that takes many many years to get some kind of either firing -- or.

-- some kind of disciplinary action against that teacher I'm wondering is the same situation in your case.

You know I think it probably is -- -- the -- did at ten year.

And you know that that could be the reason why because again I think that any reasonable person wouldn't wouldn't when you listen to the enormity.

Of what happened the culture of cruelty.

And the disdain that these people have for my son and the other kids that they should -- in any normal circumstances.

Be fired and kicked out the door within a second.

So they shouldn't be getting taxpayer money they shouldn't still have a job and I think I would hope that.

Teachers and and I've gotten contact for many teachers who are appalled by this.

We join us and saying let's get rid of these horrific few people who are hurting kids.

It's I'm not gonna make any judgment won't -- the other us because.

I you know I I'm not in the line of business so to speak -- but you could make the argument.

That teaches in special education classes have a very very difficult.

Job to do.

That if they occasionally responded on emotional fashion to many people on the outside that is understandable.

Are you buying that approach -- you buying that argument apple.

Absolutely not and that's what the audio prove if you listen effect on the accompanying website have a dozen additional audio clips.

My son only screamed and cried.

After they humiliated him.

And that's critical.

They humiliated him they made fun of him they verbally abused him and then he cried that screen you heard.

Only happened because of what happened previous when they made fun of them I mean they were.

So vicious to him and that's what it that's why he reacted.

He is only way to react to his verbal abuse was to screen that was not how he normally it's.

What are you gonna do now.

Well I'm hoping that the millions of people opened our hearts it is.

Will join with me and asking congressmen and senators and anyone who has power.

To let's get an overriding law that overrides ten you're overrides any -- rules that say when there is evidence.

Of a teacher committing physical or verbal abuse that they are immediately fired.

We don't get to keep a job.

-- -- we appreciate -- being with us a very difficult subjects but thank you for joining us thank you.

Thank you.
