That's what the -- five rate does and that's what -- we want to use for policy makers.

For decision makers for business leaders -- for the media.

What the media too took to say everywhere when the unemployment numbers come out that it's not -- low eight point two number it's nine point 6% because that's more indicative of what it really so you.

I don't know -- we're trying to lobby leadership for right now I'm trying to get Eric Cantor and John Boehner and and Kevin McCarthy to put this on the docket and by the way.
