Like.

And that is of course that these legal workers are law in Arizona -- upheld.

-- by the Supreme Court which goes to that very issue and by the way we should point out.

Most.

Legal authorities I spoke with at the time outside the the with the contesting parties themselves a felt that this Supreme Court would not.

-- support that that law.

We've seen quite the inverse and now -- just about to -- Sure well I mean the Wieting case which -- referring to lose Apple's.

To oranges and knows about employment licensing and they'll they'll they'll that deficit than the verification of of employers in America are -- status -- verify.

But in this case when we're looking -- the Obama administration when Justice Roberts wonders whether or not the administration is actually seeking out those who are here legally.

The Obama administration -- did detained and deported one point two million people over the last three and -- half years that is a record.

So and did the assumption that they're not enforcing the law I for one would quibble with quite strong.

What we're watching some pretty fancy equivalent right now.

Who's winning the quibbling I know you like to rise above these things -- but.

The process being what it is the Supreme Court -- expressed grave.

Skepticism about that -- Justice Department case.

That is true and that you do you have.

That quibble but what you do you have to its credit where credit is due.

You have a shared role here law enforcement has stepped up both on the -- side with cooperative agreements to 87 G and secure communities that has been a success.

The administration has been successful -- -- deportations -- say not enough but compared to prior administrations.

The record is clear there has been enforcement.

The borders are more secure and we have less criminal activity and some of our borders it -- than we do and other parts of the country version we're and we do that -- Ability to that point -- pew research.

Folks come up with a study that shows that.

More than a million illegal immigrants are returning.

Into Mexico.

By some 101000 or so that's more than our entering the country illegally.

I don't understand how we can say that we have a secure border given just.

Is that the news which is encouraging to Chris go back and your other.

State are officials across the country.

Adams and how we can say it's a secure border where you're watching and in total over two million people crossing the border in both directions.

Illegal.

Well -- well I'm not sure that it's all -- I was down on the right of this weekend my hometown.

The largest crowd in the -- search our network that was illegal it it it's no aspersions on anybody I'm just saying to view that there it was a bright clear lyrical than that that the pew research actually -- notes that the apprehension on the border plummeted.

While the investment by the federal government in terms of border security has grown exponentially.

But the fact is -- you spend the rest here show talking about the economy the fact is our economy is struggling to recover.

If there -- at that you know how bad is our economy have to get before we fix our immigration system.

If we're ever gonna come back we need a functioning immigration system.

Out of Mexico's economy is growing and the the economic growth for an already present unemployment rate in Mexico yes are they ever growing middle class money dwindling one.

And those -- should we -- -- jury busters.

And 23 and they only in America answers.

And 23 millions -- -- Americans unemployed or.

Leaving Libya under employed in the United States right now.

This this shift those.

That lots of US citizens need to come off built the well -- unemployment rolls and get those jobs and so.

You know it's beneficial for America for illegal aliens to be encouraged to go back home.

And those pew research numbers show what we've been saying all along.

And that is look people are constantly crossing the border let's give them incentives to comply with the law and leave the United States if they are here illegally and that's -- -- What are you from footage or let's things that these -- just one moment here.

Marco Rubio putting forward the and the DREAM Act 202 point oh she calls -- about our first your reaction to it.

He wants a Pastor -- is -- Well let's get it passed as -- as we can but let's also be reasonable and find the votes that we -- to sustain.

Sixty in the senate and a majority in the house I think this is a good first apple I know that many people might want more some people might want less.

But the more has failed in the last has yet to materialize.

So let's start with this good first step let's get it on the table and let's get the country focused on immigration visas that we need.

Part of the reason why we have this pent up problems that we don't have the visas in place for -- workforce to sustain our economic growth.

We're very happy that senator rubio has engaged in the process we'd even be happier if he introduced a bill.

So that way we can see what has bill's gonna allow and whether or not he can bring Republicans but I think this is a good stuff forwarded it keeps the policy conversation going.

Sounds like Ali wants a conference committee what do you think Chris.

Well agree with -- on one point and that is I'd like to see the bill we've there's been a lot of talk about what senator rubio is proposing it.

Yet there isn't actually any statutory language so it's kind of hard to assess what it isn't until we know what it is.

All right gentlemen.
