Scorpions for breakfast -- fight against special interest liberal media and cynical politicos.

The secure America's border governor great to have you with us I've got to -- -- to Begin -- Senator Schumer hearing today to which I know you were invited I wanna get your reasons for not -- -- But also the pure research also showing that convincingly -- persuasively.

That -- more illegal immigrants now leaving.

The United States across the border with Mexico then entering the United States from Mexico.

Is this just coincidence happenstance.

Serendipity in your view.

Well I think live that is probably due to a lot of different reasons certainly we -- very grateful for what federal government has done.

Although not enough but with the economy but we do know for a fact and I was just on the border.

On Friday down on in Douglas with ranchers and though the numbers.

According to the data that's been collected -- they are down.

Bottom line is is that.

The element of the types of people that are coming across the border a much more dangerous than they've ever again.

We've got more narcotics coming across and probably ever before so the danger is dangerous a situation that we're still facing in Arizona.

And and Arizona takes the brunt -- you will of the traffic and illegal drugs and and I do not understand why more of our elected officials do not.

Pointed out that meth amphetamines.

Marijuana cocaine.

Heroin.

Mexico is the primary source of each one of those drugs and to this country and we have been utterly unsuccessful.

In stopping that block.

We absolutely have been unsuccessful and it doesn't matter doesn't seem a no matter what we try to do.

We just can't get it up from our federal government.

And you know what we're at the supreme court for tomorrow is to get some resolution because we believe we have that right.

-- to work in tandem if you will with the federal government if they're not gonna do the job.

Then let us use our -- Of course and our -- To do something about what the situation is that is creating it which in the and -- secure our border and a lot of these issues would go away.

It would stop a lot of -- for a lot of people.

It it indeed and tomorrow the Supreme Court takes up those arguments.

Is it your judgment that that your going to prevail here.

Or the is there the idea that preemption doesn't necessarily mean terrorism in the slows because you prevail.

On the 2007.

Legal workers law much to the consternation shock and surprise of many so called.

Port watchers or.

-- perhaps they were politically aligned different.

And you know in in regards to that case I think it's a good indication that we should have a lot of hope.

Because certainly they listened to the testimony and they did what was right what we believe with constitutional.

And I'm looking.

For the same people to determine on the same issue.

On the same ground.

On this issue now I am confident that we will prevail I feel very very good.

With our defense attorneys and -- our -- rates that we've been able to present I'm feeling good.

Well the feeling good 68%.

Of those folks surveyed by.

The quinnipiac poll were support support the euros on the law.

65% of the most recent Fox News -- support.

The state of Arizona on this issue.

It.

-- Kagan recusing herself because obviously she was working for the government at the time -- and joined.

The state of Arizona here so it'll be eight justices not nine.

Do you think that we'll have very significant impact on the outcome.

Well probably sell you know -- -- to see it fail because of the tight vote I'm hoping that they'll be.

I can accountability and that -- we will come out 53.

And at that will put all of this to rest it will support states' rights it will support what we've done within -- built in -- -- All we want to do is to work with the federal government -- to get the job done.

You know we our nation of laws we believe in the rule of law.

And it's no different than Arizona's stepping -- in helping the federal government deal with.

Other federal laws like drug laws and bank -- -- our law enforcement.

That is that number one person on the on the ground when those things take place then that probably is the way that.

Used to be -- illegal immigration.

All of tenth amendment to speak loudly through all of those issues.

Thank you so much governor great to have you with -- -- what do you live go -- beginning to.
