Many of showing my age but do any of you remember when people smile when the case here said thank you when even the busy told taker you -- -- you.

When store helped helped and store owners demanded they help.

When service mattered and a good attitude mattered more does anyone remember when they were teenagers and a job was a privilege and not a chore.

But when you take anything out there and grabbed added smiling even if you hated it because at least it was -- -- and certainly better than nothing.

Smiling is on vacation not across the board but man may be -- -- me but are a lot of workers today looking bored and acting it.

May be it's the workload which I can understand.

Maybe it's a -- -- which was Laura which I can understand but I see my -- folks who have a lot of money acting the exact same way.

The concierge you can't be bothered.

Concierge his -- -- can't be bothered that she can't be bothered the airline flight attendant -- of passengers like their capital and passengers and not surprisingly Holler back.

Because they're sick of being treated like -- it is a wonder anyone smiles -- all.

But it's telling this epidemic of indifference cuts across all classes because there is no pedigree -- my friends.

Everyone bitches everyone sells the may -- can't be bothered anymore their boss who can't be concerned -- -- I don't ever Jack Welch once saying he judged people.

Not so much by what they knew but by how they acted this spring in their step as -- put it not just.

Where they were step.

My own laws right now famously said we all live in our own -- our own minds -- home dismally others cheerfully.

It's all our -- smile on the face of at all or salt because -- -- all right now is doctors have proved.

Those with serious diseases do well when they're not so serious imagine the potential for those without serious diseases when they're not -- -- -- Like the -- smile and go long may I say better -- looked cheerful and clueless.
