And it's powered by 49 million dollars in funding only at the Silicon Valley story that's getting bigger by the minute -- by the second they're getting three new users per second joining me now.
In a Fox Business exclusive is Rick Murray he's founder and CEO of this company called branch out.
And in essence you're leveraging all of the FaceBook people out there hundreds of millions to go and used your source for -- tell me how branch networks sure.
So branch out as you said the large professional network on FaceBook we allow you to utilize your existing network of friends on FaceBook.
-- to identify all your insight connections whether you're looking for a job.
Where sales lead or recruit and -- we Catholic to mean look Linkedin that it has been a pretty successful social media IPO.
Why -- -- -- you guys -- -- yeah Lincoln the great service and they do a really good job addressing the 10% in the global workforce of white collar let's call that Wall Street.
But there's another 90% main street that's all on FaceBook branch out for the first time.
Gives a FaceBook generation -- professional profile in the safe secure way okay but what's interesting that I need to pull out of view is that with Linkedin.
A very large portion of people very large number of people who -- on Linkedin are looking for white collar jobs which just great of course.
You -- both white and blue.
We an example we do so on the white collar VMware hot company tech company in Silicon Valley they have 800 jobs -- branch out.
So they've got everything from software engineers down to customer service needing help -- guys every why they they want the FaceBook generation.
But another example would be Ed -- auto which -- day.
Auto company in the midwest -- and they just hired to auto technicians through branch out.
There's no way you -- found -- -- -- like them.
-- way what about things like waitresses and ends -- who knows what janitorial service yes so this is a FaceBook generation we've got 815 million people on FaceBook that we can we can access with by the way a hundred and some more than a 125 million billion friend connections billion -- connections so everything's related in aways where there's 500 million people on FaceBook every day.
That we get to tap into when we got 25 million -- users -- how do you make money.
So we got to revenue streams one where the largest job word on FaceBook.
So branch -- has over three million jobs and internships.
And the second is who called recruiter connect which is very similar to Lincoln recruiter their flagship product which allows recruiters to have advanced search features.
Who's hiring.
Tell us that -- you obviously are in the trenches -- you see every day I sit -- jump on and you see which companies you've just mentioned VMware but.
Which sector is hiring at the fastest pace that you sectors that I had really highlight would be technology.
There's a war for talent in Silicon Valley were part of that.
In the other -- health care.
So with an aging -- baby boomer population they're gonna need more health care they're gonna need nurses and doctors just -- jobs report out for -- last month and it showed that that was slowing down a bit -- health -- did you see that reflected an olive branch.
No we haven't seen that yet -- there's definitely high demand especially for nurses right now.
IPO wet and I mean look it's it's to grab -- has everybody's seeing dollar signs in their mind yeah yeah against a grand deal is a big hit the big thing right now in Silicon Valley.
It was great for FaceBook and great for that the ecosystem for branch out now we've raised 49 million dollars so we've obviously got -- high expectations.
And financial want their money back by the way when investors get involved they I guess what now it's time getting -- policy that are not well right now we are trying to build a big company I think we're still a couple of years away from an IPO.
But you know Lincoln as a ten billion dollar company there Coke or Pepsi -- hopefully on our way well you're doing good work finding people jobs and all homes thank you very much thank you.
-- following branch out Rick Murray is the founder and CEO.
Thanks very much thinking -- here's --
