-- key rainy founder and CEO.

-- out with us right now Rick thanks so -- interview with us -- out dot com is the website -- this interest me because you.

Have an -- basically.

-- -- -- by guest on book.

And so you're taking a -- of Facebook's network aren't you.

Yes -- that's right we are the largest professional networking and apple on FaceBook and actually the 25 largest app in the world.

OK so let me ask you this first before we even talk about what the -- does.

How does one become an -- on FaceBook I mean that's seems to me like.

That would be an MBA really tough get.

I'm not -- difficult you you need to create an happened has about seven million maps.

On FaceBook covering everything from social gaming into recruiting intimidating -- travel.

You name that you can probably find an app for that service on FaceBook -- -- to go to Mark Zuckerberg and his team -- -- not.

Now and are definitely not -- hobby you -- there is there is a process that you need to make sure that you're within their terms of service but mark does not approve every.

-- -- -- -- -- -- you have 25 million registers.

Registered users on branch out branch out dot com again the web site.

Explain what branch out does.

Sure so as I said branch out is a large professional network.

What we allow you to do is to be able to utilize your existing in FaceBook network.

To be able to identify inside connections that you could have so if you're -- job seeker or your career network her -- -- recruiter.

Or sales professional we're showing you every one that you know at a certain company plus everyone that they know.

At that company -- that becomes incredibly powerful to be able to do all the services.

-- offended in July 2010 and you just showed an iron decided to compete with Linkedin I guess -- Well yeah I think going to and is a great service and this -- kind of Coke and Pepsi Lincoln is number one outside of FaceBook and branch out is number one inside.

But I think there -- some big differences Linkedin does a great job -- addressing in the 10% of the global work force that would be considered kind of white collar managerial or executive.

But then there's a whole another 90% to -- good -- Wall Street.

In the -- that then there's main street right so.

That's where branch are comes and and we finally give a professional voice a professional profile to the FaceBook generation.

-- some now Greece 25 million dollars in funding if I'm not -- in how did you do that.

Well actually the 25 million we we close that today so the total is forty.

Thank you it's 49 million know over the last two year yes so we've.

Yeah we've done three rounds of funding -- and today we're announcing the 25 million.

So it's a lot of money but it's also pretty incredible growth that we've had we went from.

About 400000.

Monthly users in December triple that to one point two in January.

Up to five million in February and today we're proud to announce that we've got over thirteen million.

Active users on the site in the last thirty days.

And as you said 25 million registered users -- -- Fiat saw -- last two years is -- feeding isn't it.

Know for consumers it's a free service.

And we do have a product for recruiters.

That allows them to get more granular search and better filtering and and that product is called recruiter can act and that's -- very similar.

To link them product which is Lincoln recruiter.

That's their flagship product that will generate about.

Half of there -- 900 million of revenue this year.

So how does FaceBook benefit from you being there.

Well -- FaceBook is a platform company.

And their goal is to create a platform that allows companies like branch out to be able to disrupt multi billion dollar industries like recruiting.

And FaceBook for the last three years have really been dominated by social gaming companies like -- and played him in -- fish.

The next three years though you'll start to see the emergence of utilities.

Like branch out where it's a better experience when you can do things socially with friends.

Our recruiting is a good example -- ticketing or -- or data in.

So -- -- has provided a platform.

Around the world for us to be able to transform lives.

Getting people -- with getting people introduction for sales leads -- recruiting him.

In -- but give us that platform to create that professional -- So you enterprise products lake -- connecting career connect.

It didn't necessary to have them continue I guess -- both sides of the high rate you have.

The employee coming in and you have the employer to match seat could have a little bit of a monopoly on it right.

Well I think that's right -- -- broad they consumer facing insight.

For job seekers as well as an enterprise solution for recruiters.

So our job is to be able to get a lot of people on to branch out give -- a great experience and then hopefully use our data team and our matching ability.

To match up people with a right jobs and recruiters -- the right people.

Harry and again don't and the web saying is branch out dot com but I'm sure I can go on FaceBook and -- -- -- somewhere.

Absolutely just going to FaceBook -- -- about branch out.

And when you when you type -- branch out you'll be able to to access the site you'll have to authorize it as you do with -- -- And then you can get in there.

And from day one.

You'll be able to which access the network that -- -- -- -- in curator for many years on FaceBook Lincoln the great service project to start from scratch.

-- branch -- on day one.

You can tap into your network.

And at this point our entire professional databases over 400 million professionals you can connect with so it's incredibly powerful and they want.

It's really cool to me how you dislike dove in -- FaceBook and automatically.

Took advantage of there entire network.

Quite yeah -- industrial.

850.

It's 850 million people around the world.

But even more important with FaceBook is that 500 million people come back every single day.

And if your strength of connection to -- for me linked -- someone -- -- a conference for five minutes I want a business directory and that's great.

FaceBook is your real friends and family the people that will really support you.

And and I think that's really the biggest differentiator for -- jumping on FaceBook.

Rick very cool stuff -- -- founder CEO branch out again its branch out dot com you can find it though on FaceBook.

Good luck sir thanks for coming on.

Thank you -- -- that's good stuff.
