Good afternoon everyone I'm Sandra Smith with your Fox Business brief there was another strong quarter for eBay shares of e-commerce company climbing higher after.

Posting better than expected first quarter results eBay's PayPal unit has been leading the charge with revenue jumping 32%.

And active accounts increasing.

On the flip side Qualcomm shares are tumbling despite posting better than expected second quarter results across third quarter -- is overshadowing the strong results.

Qualcomm did raise its revenue target for the year.

And entertainment icon and famed TV producer Dick Clark has died.

That's according to his family today Clark suffered a massive heart attack.

Clark's health and had been on the decline since he suffered a stroke in 2004.
