I'm Robert -- with your Fox Business created the solid gains on Wall Street continue -- round of strong corporate earnings and easing concerns over the European debt crisis are pushing the markets higher.

Treasuries are falling pushing yields higher as traders digest mixed data on the US housing market and housing starts of nearly 6% last month.

The flip side horizon -- building permits is bringing some hope for the future of the struggling market.

President Obama meanwhile unveiling a 52 million dollar proposal today.

Aimed at regulating the oil markets the president says the US can't afford a situation where speculators artificially drive up oil prices.

The proposal would strengthen federal supervision of oil markets and increased penalties for market manipulation.
