Hello everybody I'm Gerri Willis according to people we talked to this week a former education secretary and reformer as well as others.

If the teachers unions standing between your kids and a better education.

Those unions using strong arm tactics to maintain their negotiating power.

Robbing states with contracts approve on affordable even threatening reformers and their friends.

It's pretty ugly scene out there and if you have kids in school no -- know what I'm talking about giving kids and parents options should be the nation's goal when it comes education.

Fortunately states all over the country are expanding voucher programs giving charter schools more traction.

We sure could use more of that.
