Well as you know and at the markets showed us today Friday's unemployment report was not -- write home about.

It was more -- this so called recovery is anything but employers.

-- a just a 120000 jobs in March disappointing considering the previous three reports posted monthly gains in nearly twice that amount.

The report -- there are nearly thirteen million Americans who are unemployed so.

Why is the government spending on job training and other similar programs at its lowest levels if unemployment is that its highest levels.

According to reports federal spending on worker training programs is 18% lower.

Then in 2006.

Even though there are six million more Americans without a job.

And back in 2000 federal spending on such programs top two billion dollars a year today that number is closer to one billion.

Especially now the stimulus funds are drying up.

In Seattle training centers can only afford to provide services to 5% of the hundreds.

Of thousands of interest in people and in Dallas only 43 people see any assistance at local training programs.

Well over 23000.

People are asking for help.

You know I -- actually its -- by the lack of funds considering how often the president calls for more money for these programs.

And I want to cut through the maze of confusing training programs -- from now on people like Jackie had.

One program.

One website and one place to go for all the information and help that they need it is time to turn our unemployment system.

Into a re employment system the puts people to work.

This budget proposal that failed miserably in congress.

Yes -- three million dollars more in spending for job training over the next decade.

Republicans and their budget which passed the house actually called for cutting the spending even further.

Now one of the reasons for the lack of money.

The constant extending unemployment benefits so congress is more willing to spend money in a probe and proven to keep people out of the workforce instead of one that puts people and that's twisted logic aside I want to know when job training became the responsibility of government.

I don't remember going to Uncle Sam that stand to help me find a job just another example of an -- nation becoming more and more dependent on handouts from the government.
