Good morning everyone I'm Diane this -- cost go has picked up a busy morning of march same store sales reports from retailers.
The warehouse -- that it saw sales rise 6% last month from a year ago.
Short of the six point 7% analysts were looking for.
The company -- weak foreign currencies compared to the US dollar for the results.
Overall same store sales -- retailers are expected to rise by 3.4 percent helped by warm weather and an earlier Easter.
Three international publishers appear ready to settle a probe by US and European authorities over -- price contracts with apple.
According to the Wall Street Journal Simon and Shuster harpercollins and Hachette book group.
I close to a deal -- the Justice Department the journal reported last month the DOJ was looking at filing an antitrust lawsuit.
Against those three along with Penguin Group Matt Millen and apple on -- they work together to raise the price -- under the agreement publishers would let Amazon and other retailers offer lower prices for the digital books.
Likely forcing apple to either match those lower prices or stop selling the books all together.
