It's good you're right I mean I -- -- so we talked a lot about -- specifically.

You know -- that the value proposition of land scarcity of population growth and now what -- health consciousness we watch any yesterday jumped 89%.

The maker of you know natural foods organic products and money was the sector and embodies the ticker and and we believe that that that that's a health trend and awareness and if there's scarcity value.

-- in the company and products like that so we looked at -- We look at Smart Balance we see similarities in terms of there on the side of I -- in terms of their healthy products they're organic and natural products.

In in terms of -- balance the -- the heart healthy -- they're producing and distributing.

And believe that there's a lot of enthusiasm for the sector and despite the run up that these guys have had that enthusiasm to take these things further.

I was an ask you that because those looking at stock performance over the last year Hain celestial -- as thirteen maker and some of their -- into that he's up 47% in the last six months and it was the same thing for Smart Balance again a huge jump.

For Smart -- 44% just over the last year -- so.

As the -- poverty.

And again we look at that carefully but again there's such scarcity value I think to to companies like this and the enthusiasm for them -- continuing to grow.

So to a certain extent we still believe that they can that this is does that -- can push them further we've seen more people come into the space more people looking at it.

And we and we think the demand can -- can compete again can push these things I.

Since the date -- march of 09 up over 300 net prayers -- -- -- percent right absolutely good lord I mean that's amazing job.

And again that -- companies companies like that that are again putting out a lot of Prodi's.

Essentially but -- not a lot of you know grab and go type meals and again just a fabulous market.

Certainly one of the dominant market here in New York City.

And and understand that there are people going and paying a premium for their products not only because of that the stuff they're they're putting out on the shelves but also for the the -- in on the customer experience -- happen.

What are the -- to the S&P 500 we're showing that chart amazing Goldman Sachs that did just -- whole foods to -- neutral you know buyer everywhere anyway Jim thank you again.
