I mean I look at it I think how dare you you know I'm going to work for you I'm not giving you the keys to but the bulk of my private life that's -- That is very different and it is offensive and there are a lot of people upset about.
I look I don't know whether this has happened or not yet I don't know of any employer who has said give -- a FaceBook account password.
And then used it against that prospective employee.
But I do believe it has happened -- -- college level is there a lawsuit available that.
I don't think necessarily you've got one at the college level it's a whole different -- -- -- certain circumstances there is a problem you can't in -- the private lives of people who work for you.
That's a policy and that's -- law so you can you invade the private life of someone who wants to come and study at you'll university.
That's a different set of the circumstances yes that's a contractual relationship.
That's not an employee relationship and that have the employee discrimination laws.
You know you can't ask someone that you're looking at a higher -- -- you married in do you have kids or are you what is you're you're you're sexual orientation or things like that.
