And so they tried to put in safe guards and limit the role of the federal government so that we itself govern a little more small states could have a little more say over -- -- verses.
Are reacting to what the majority of congress would be from the bigger states would be forcing down their throats.
And if this individual mandate is allowed to stand.
It it it essentially will wipe out any preservation under the commerce clause for states to govern themselves I think it's a horrible precedent -- set.
I think this is an extremely important case which is why there's so much attention being paid to it and why you -- 26 plaintiffs.
26 different states in this case alone fighting the federal government.
One thing we've said consistently on this program is that there is chaos now in the health care system in United States.
And we want to know what happens if this mandate if Obama cat is thrown out by the Supreme Court.
A lot of people are set to us even -- chaos and no end in sight because it will take at least a year before congress can do something about the situation.
Am -- right in saying then that we've got chaos now chaos in the future there's no change inside.
At here in Washington there's always chaos.
Always get used to more of the same and I.
I think there will be some chaos when it's thrown out but the reality is as we're not gonna -- constitution out to avoid short term chaos.
Many people are focused on trying to make sure that we have some form of universal health care in this country.
And are willing to do just about anything to get it.
That's a huge mistake we have to make sure that we protect the underpinnings of our of our society and our form of government.
And if there is some limited chaos in the meantime that something organ -- put up with and we've done it and number different cases in the past.
