I sure did Ashley.

There was a lot of healthy skepticism I would say from the part of all the questioning justices.

On whether or not does it I injection actual bar party near its lawsuit whether or not we get -- whether or not the individual mandate is constitutional or not.

We think that the Supreme Court or at least I think as an observer that the Supreme Court.

Signaled that we will get to that final answer when they go in hear arguments on whether or not the mandate is constitutional tomorrow and what is the crux of why is as bad for business -- health care law.

Right well the stock is just -- -- rappers that have been -- Lower health insurance costs for decades that's been their number one issue at what they've seen as a result of the slot is tipping.

Unprecedented premium increases and also what -- eight of those that offer health insurance to their employees.

Have been told by the insert census plot -- enacted that your plane is canceled or will be canceled in the next year.

And also I guess the point Wednesday is with regard to hiring -- you're getting close to that fifty employee threshold.

Yeah I would imagine your argument is that they're not gonna go ahead and hire more people and expand because they know become liable under this new -- Absolutely I we we have members that have been very open on that point.

-- it's a very big theory if the slot goes floor.

Well let me just bring up what I just mentioned to top -- on the other hand one of those people.

-- -- saddled with the you know immense medical bills and won't be expand we'll have to give up their business because -- medical bills because of the way the current system works -- you make that argument is well.

-- I'm -- your -- class yet what if someone is being wiped out by medical bills they have a small business they have to basically Chucky Dolan because they can't afford to run it with the with the way that the health system runs now is there and I can be made on that -- Well I guess I would just say on that is NFIB does not think that the status quo with acceptable we want to see health insurance reforms but the problem that we have with a -- Is that it infringes on all of our liberties all of our freedoms going forward not just in health -- hair.

But in all other markets and for that reason.

That is -- our members are challenging us some -- other ways to solve this problem.

How would you describe it in there Karen we've spoken to a couple of our reporters there's a huge -- obviously outside the chambers.

I think is a real sense that the justices also very well aware of the importance of this issue.

-- definitely.

And you know today we got to hear a lot of doubt one of the big justifications for the laws of attacks the penalty -- and it was funny when.

As Justice Alito asked the governing they said look you know today Iranian telling -- -- -- tax are not a tax tomorrow you're gonna be back and saying they did so with that.

And so that is.

Interesting position for the government.

For share we'll Todd says this isn't gonna be decided before twenty full team because they don't wanna get it all wrapped up into the presidential election would you agree with that.

Well if the huge section act is the way for them to avoid going forward I'm not seeing it based on the questions I heard today.

Today they were really struggling with how the and I injection -- the suit especially because even the government says the -- could go for should go forward.

And that's how they open their arguments.

Very good Karen on -- debt outside the us us Supreme Court chambers thank you so much for appreciate your.
