Are there restaurants what kind of retail now is there.
You're also gonna wanna look in season and off season to be really sure about academy things look a little different without the right for you for example a pop up.

I believe this California is as a terrific little -- it's kind of -- hidden gem.
In fact it's notoriously known for being hard to find -- frankly the residence but like to keep it that way.
Hi it's got a very laid back by this is place that surfers live kind of up funky downtown that's really only one block long.
So will appeal to very distinct type of person but it is a really fun now the lookout for a second home I got to tell you that's a gorgeous part of the country really beautiful and there are always great restaurants no matter where you go in that region.
You also like Gig Harbor Washington not familiar with that you say it's a little village.
Yes it's a little fishing -- -- -- It is actually about twenty minutes from -- -- -- on the Puget Sound that use our incredible amount -- in the distance you -- fall and this water water everywhere you look.
-- sounds awesome okay eat you pick the place in Texas which I think is interesting rock -- another place I haven't been to but it sounds like I should go tell us about it.
EU should get -- they the folks there are really just -- passionate about their art as they are about fishing.
This is only about three hours from Houston and San Antonio's -- big city dwellers left get a way to Rockport.
Very friendly very lax town -- restaurants and real feeling like everybody knows data.
-- like leaning in to see the pictures on these on these places because you really get a sense of them and what they're like and we're really looking at a lot of destinations that they're not big cities you're not gonna run -- a lot of people necessarily.
You've also got Pensacola Florida.
Now it's gorgeous the water there.
Beautiful tell us about that unbelievable.
Unbelievable water there it really looks like -- Caribbean they're just white powder sand beaches.
Turquoise water.
I have but Pensacola also have -- really rich history which is it something now lot of people -- -- is actually founded in that in the fifteen hundreds that this is a tam has been there and long time.
The downtown area is really being revitalized -- still some very affordable housing -- which is always nice to see.
In that downtown historic area.

Florida and wondering if there -- big storms they -- they've ever been wiped out to you know.
Well okay you wanna costar used to storms I think they come they go people feel.
You know very strong and that and that back anything happens they seem to go right back there -- -- drop to the coast that.
No storm we'll keep people -- that is really true that is really true it doesn't matter that next year they're there to build back.
Sag Harbor now this is a place that spent a lot of time -- and you would be shocked shocked shocked at how expensive.
These little.
You know houses -- right in the town of Ben Harper which really isn't very big.
Are you can get out of Sag Harbor and -- for less that we tell you this is a charmer a real charmer.
Truly charming this is a town that started as a little old whaling town.
It is now a -- -- for artists and writers and musicians.
Billy -- lives there for example.
But it does have a slightly more laid back by then it's very high powered neighbor the Hamptons which everyone here so much about.
-- Sag Harbor has he had to will -- you've got.
Fishing vessels there pleasure craft bobbing about in the day -- -- that's a pretty.
-- have dropped up yet the visuals are also.
So it -- if I'm gonna buy that coastal property.
What do -- need to know that might be different than somebody saying he's behind something that's landlocked.
Well I think you know buying amnesties a premium there is -- -- only so much coast available so anything you buy there I think has real staying power as far as its value.
You really are -- course when you buy any home you're gonna be looking at it to see whether or not you can.
Can afford it how are you going to pay for or whether or not -- planning to rent it out.
You're gonna wanna check into insurance for example on find out how easily it is -- -- inch parents and how much it's going to cost you.
