Well right now high net worth individuals are believing that they long winters past.
Some are still a little wary that maybe there's this is not quite the full spring at perhaps we're gonna get another short freeze mean lots of people out there hedge fund managers especially -- for a -- so -- could jump then.
But generally speaking -- finally seeing the high net worth individuals ready to cut back into the market.
And for mules perspective which -- which sectors do you like which you're gonna pop -- bloomed.
Yes like well I really think that the US equity markets are going to be the big winners this year you and all of the foreign famously that is well a lot of non US investors are looking at the US equity markets -- the best performers for this year.
And sector wise we of course -- technology but I think that.
For those days and people get nervous and the market becomes a bit.
Schizophrenic showing say GM those -- the good days to have -- high dividend stocks because those are safer and will continue to do well.
But this economy is so driven by the -- -- -- does that mean you'll convince the consumer.
Is feeling better and is loosening the purse strings a little.
Absolutely the consumer I mean just walk -- New York City the consumers out -- spending.
The numbers are gonna start to New York is different to you know middle America -- true.
But again remember the market is generally a leading indicator and -- recovers about six months before the rest of the country does so.
While it still may look at the clue -- in other parts the country.
I think six months from now you'll see why -- -- even with unemployment still pretty -- but -- come down and heard the numbers -- get better so we're getting excited.
You still like dividends despite the living tax increases the bush the expiration of the bush tax cuts back yet give you still like the dividend play.
I do I do because I do believe that in the long run.
Bond yields are gonna stays low for awhile and dividends are steady income -- with the option of stocks going up so you have a double winner there.
All right -- on the plus side what about on the negative side which just -- -- sectors are you avoiding.
Well I am still avoiding Europe I still think that the game has not been played out completely in Europe.
And I do think we're gonna have continued to skittishness -- pull -- in Asia but I think there's a buying opportunity there has long term Asia will recover.
-- -- -- -- -- -- It just -- you -- remember we never know exactly with the Chinese data really means -- -- -- is very hard to verify.
So let's watch and see what the multinational.
