Well my kitchen -- -- -- and there attorney also with this there attorney -- ship in the Pacific legal foundation.

Who argued the case before the High Court we want to first of all.

Welcome you and most importantly of all congratulate you on a tremendous tremendous victory before the Supreme Court.

Our our hats are off to you and congratulations.

-- it is nice to see good people.

Vindicated by the highest court on the -- You're your reaction my show and tell.

-- -- I want to just take just a second here first of all tell you thanks again.

For taking the time to to take this case a long time ago and everyone house of fox.

And what value and Damian.

All of our family at the Pacific legal foundation and the thousands of donors that donate to the Pacific legal foundation.

No one in this country would right now be able to have to have a victory in freedom for the property rights in this country.

Well I thank you for that and I can tell you how thrilled I am -- our High Court.

Eight it is it feels good to see.

Right done by about the the legal system in this country -- You've stood up for the -- its argued the case before the agency the courts.

And prevailed are what are your -- your emotions tonight.

Well who were actually -- as they did with the decision.

Could have asked for a better decision that says so clearly that EPA is not above the law that would -- any agency of the federal government says.

You can't use your property.

You can't build on it and if you do trying to that you be find withdrew his penalties.

And whatever the government does that you have a right your day in court and I think the Supreme Court today made that loud and clear.

And I think we're all better off -- and our property rights are due process rights have been vindicated.

And I wanna read something period that your your intimately familiar with this as Justice Scalia wrote.

In a nation that values.

Due process not to mention private property.

Such treatment.

Our treatment of the -- its in this case.

Such treatment is on thinkable.

The sentence could not have been more succeeding nor more powerful.

It is.

It is just simply.

And it's so powerful.

In stating to -- congress to the EPA.

What will be going forward.

Do you think the EPA gets it and I'm gonna ask you Mike and -- and tell because you you'll be going forward with your interest obviously which is building a dream home here.

You've got a long ways to go to get to that's.

Point.

But that's sentence just seems so powerful that its irresistible or by even the arrogance of the EPA.

Attract -- you know then.

We are gonna move forward we do know that I believe our next step in -- can correct me if I'm wrong that is go back to the district court.

And then we will have our day in court which is what everybody deserves that's what we've been fighting for.

And we will be able to prove once and for all that -- lot is is not -- wetlands.

And that's that's ultimately our goal.

And to have it for everybody in the United States that have to go through these compliance orders.

These compliance orders what are there at 3000 of these compliance orders -- every year.

Brought by the by the DE PA.

I mean this is.

Egregious.

It seems to me.

They have to quote unquote in -- The Clean Water Act but my lord if this is if the treatment of the seconds.

Is in the kind of example.

Of the broader number of -- compliance orders that are issued by the EPA.

This is a nation on the verge of terror and.

Well you're actually right into the great thing about today's decision though is it fights back against that tyranny because now EPA knows.

That it can't get off Scott free that he can't issue these compliance orders.

Without any research without -- care for their impact on the real lives and property rights of American citizens.

Because now they know that if they mess up.

If they ensure compliance order improperly they can be hauled into court and held to account.

And and how over what period of time.

How long has advanced since this process starts from the rose three guys walked -- your property.

And shut down your building project to this day how long's it been my action tell.

Lou it's been it's been almost five years that's been five years that our life has been on hold that's -- -- -- said.

And and -- that's why I said this is and Damon is -- that this is a nation on the verge of tyranny.

It -- takes five years and god -- and I thank god and I applaud -- the supreme court for the decision they -- But if it takes five years to push back the over an agency like the EP -- the federal government.

That is.

It's unthinkable that it would happen in the United States for America.

I want again wanna say to each of you congratulations.

Thanks and godspeed and god blesses -- pursue your dreams.

The path is open to you and let's hope that it's.

That it's expedited.

-- again thank you and we thank all the parts -- Pacific legal foundation for all the great work you've done we --
