Apple just introduced its latest apple TV in the Wall Street Journal is reporting that Intel is developing an Internet based television -- -- -- Our Internet enabled TVs also known.

A Smart TVs the next big thing intact joining me now is Michael -- CEO of estate -- company that helps media companies bring their contact.

To television screens via the web.

Michael thanks so much for joining us you know we were pulling our staff before we did this segment and pretty much everybody who's under thirty when they moved into their apartment did not get cable.

Did not get satellite TV instead they bought one of these boxes apple TV or -- which is the cheaper one.

And instead they're getting all of their television service sort of on demand from -- from how however the receiving is this really the wave of the future.

Yes that's right sentiment of several we see a tremendous.

Demand for this kind of of sedition and and -- here you know apple TV and -- adjusts Q out of many many many devices in the market all the major consumer enticement taxes on launching their own solutions.

While still could support the losers in this as we look down the road I mean eight table providers it seems like -- their weight -- to get in on the business by.

Providing some of the -- -- -- they.

Just sort of locked out.

-- I'm a strong believer in the cable.

Operator business in general people love getting -- packaged content for a month to subscription.

It's just that I think -- the way.

It's been in the past it's been.

Really expensive and consumers haven't been able to choose exactly what they want I think this new on demand world with -- Smart TVs would change -- to consumers can choose.

Their content subscriptions terra on demand experiences in a much.

Been a better way than they have in the past.

-- cable can adapt and become part of -- stop -- And who are the other providers and how to they adapting and obviously this is have been for Netflix -- another big provider right.

Exactly and I think all -- -- and exports will adapt to this new environment so anyone who's providing content on TV today need to.

They need to adopt to this new environment by providing.

Selections of -- broadcast experience over over the top devices over Internet enabled Smart TV devices in the future.

And your company provides tools applications -- do you do -- -- that's so we're enabling this entire ecosystem so it's pretty complex with that and many different types of -- content security distribution solutions application platforms.

We making all of that work without solutions and our our applications.

Is age range under because I feel very old looking -- -- and we're now talking about getting apple TV at home but you know -- everybody sort of -- -- thirty sort of laughs at me that we're just now thinking of this and they've been doing it for awhile.

Well the -- it -- TV is that it's simple right that's for everyone.

And I think it needs to stay simple in the future as well so the user experience has to be really really simple and attractive for consumers to -- acceptance.

I don't think that would change.

I think the winner in this market will be the ones that can deliver a lot of consumer values without changing the simplicity of the consumer experience.

Is this another area for apple to dominate.

Well I'm I'm -- -- -- as you are to see what they will actually come up with the this this fall.

It's so far they have.

Done some pretty good products but they're not revolutionary.

By big they're known for revolution so maybe -- But -- that's what I was one of things that Steve Jobs he had -- I guess it was and in in the final looking at Citi crack the code on the television we still don't know necessarily what that meant but.

Stay tuned right thank you so much for joining us we really appreciate it Michael.
