And makes -- that we do that a couple of different ways number one they outgrow their peers number two there have -- sustainable competitive advantages among their peers.
And ideally they've got some secular trend it's really disruptive to some market they're taking market share that got some pricing power they find a new way to do something.
Or new -- -- something new altogether to really grow their market -- -- that the term disruptive technology came out of Silicon Valley where they just broke everything up the -- we've always done -- so you're looking for best in class.
Longevity of that success and some brilliance there let's get to your first pick and that is.

And yeah price -- is actually doing -- something old but doing a little bit differently you know we've become accustomed then in United States really taking -- And the additional capacity available on airplanes and selling to consumers at a lower price -- 37%.
-- over the past year yet they've done a great job of expanding their markets and hotels and particularly international so international hotels in -- this as an example a really fragmented it's tough to get all the European hotels.
