Why Pittsburgh vs may be some of the -- this is arguable scenic cities like say Denver you're looking for aren't city or even Miami on the same sort of second tier level.

I grew up here in Pittsburgh and -- there was an opportunity to come back to Pittsburgh and helped.

One in Pennsylvania it's a 25% tax credit they have to spend 60% of their budget here.

To qualify for that so we get a lot of positive economic impact from that tax -- -- -- You know just talking about the city of Pittsburg and it's landscape and in -- introduction we mentioned at the new Batman movie is.

Being done there is -- just sort of a sense of brooding obviously -- still retains its reputation is the Steel City I was actually there recently it's beautiful now it's completely cleaned up for many generations now in fact.

But -- you're -- -- studio is in fact in an old steel -- Correct we're looking at pictures of movie as well so does that have something to do about it the appearance of -- Well I think you know every time -- I bring somebody in from California -- to work on these partnerships are to view Pittsburgh.

They're astonished by the transformation that we've made.

And you know for me to take -- an old still mill and converted into.

Modern day facility that creates jobs that won't keep people here -- our city.

And it -- an -- new technology to from what I understand that you might have seen in.

Yes so we've just announced great partnership with.

Carnegie Mellon University.

-- entertainment technology council which is a world class university with.

Campuses all around the world quite frankly and with.

Might vision studios which was the motion -- group that did avatar what finish or anything -- to be involved in this kind of investment.

What's great because they can help teach their students.

Although all the food basics between motion capture.

Not only for live action but for.

Video game technology and for animation and our goal our joint mission statement is to outsource to Pittsburgh.

A lot of the big studios in California just announced deals in China in India.

Our goal is to bend the cost curve with this motion capture announcement so -- outsource jobs to Pittsburgh and keep the talent here and in Pittsburgh.

Well I think we're we're changing the momentum -- so we had bad man here we just wrapped up one show Paramount production with Tom Cruise.

Everybody and every time they're here we're changing the opinion of Pittsburgh to your earlier question the image of Pittsburgh we're really making it.

The Hollywood to the east and with the help of the governor in the state legislature Tom Corbett is governor.

And keeping the tax incentives in place we're gonna continue to invest our capital and bring outside capital of the city -- best of luck to you Chris -- well.
