Are you worried that you gonna get trouble from the NLRB.
Well they tried to make trouble for -- like they did for Boeing when they try to move from Washington State to South Carolina.
Well we hope not and we -- Think so because actually the plant that is going to be located in Georgia is coming back from Japan.
So this is an example of a major matter factor in the United States deciding to bring their operations that is now been overseas.
Back to the mainland and we just very pleased that they chose the state of Georgia the governor of Illinois governor Quinn says that -- -- left.
Because.
Illinois does not how but pollution that access.
Do you have any comment on outside.
Well that is one of the assets that the state of Georgia enjoys.
And now we're one of the few that actually has more exports out of our -- -- we have imports.
And -- Caterpillar manufacturing operation there will be in Georgia.
40% of that will be exported out of that -- Illinois raised -- taxes on individuals and on businesses.
Am -- right in saying that Georgia proposes to cut taxes.
Is that on individuals and businesses.
Well our main focus this year is to be more competitive and our.
Purpose is to remove the sales tax all energy that -- used from manufacturing.
And certainly that is an ingredient in the formula that Caterpillar looked at.
How we think that does make us more competitive it is a tax cut did you have to off the kind of -- people some kind of tax break to build in Athens Georgia.
Well we had a combination of in -- is from the -- level as well as incentives at the local level.
We worked very closely with our local economic development organizations.
And this was a package that we think is very appropriate it is certainly a competitive issue -- other states when you're trying to attract an industry of this size.
But we are fortunate that they chose the state of Georgia we think it is a great place for them to do business and obviously they -- very how many jobs what does it opens.
Well about 14100 direct jobs several thousand indirect jobs from suppliers.
That will come in and provide.
Parts and other services to the plan.
And their projection opening date is next year by the -- so we'll watch out what are they gonna make it this new -- It's going to be the smaller on those jurors as well as these smaller -- evaders.
It is a very very important part of their product line.
And is also not only being used here in United States but as I indicated that 40% -- is because of the European.
Demand for that product hi congratulations.
