CEO and president of HJ Hynes again that's just stunning and then obviously are doing something right I don't know you you obviously heard that.
General Mills just warned on its numbers because of high costs of lower sales but you've been able to really manage that right now how what is it that you're doing differently.
Well we're spending a lot of time in the emerging markets lives in 85 -- -- the world's population is there.
And so we've got a lot of growth the emerging markets -- -- -- business despite being a 136 years old continues to grow virtually everywhere behind great innovation new ideas and good marketing.
And our top fifteen brands are real focal point for us and we spend a lot of time and money advertising and promoting them and they were up 6% organically in the quarter so.
We're pretty much hitting on all cylinders US being a little softer than the rest of the business but generally.
Our company continues to do very well by the way I have to add yet.
That -- Jeremy -- went to the high school I went to Iowa after a few years before he did but I want to follow up to high school.
You're kidding -- so now everybody wants the halo effect.

So -- usually works the other way but.
I think given his agent success sound -- -- on his shoulder -- Why not I mean are you watching him there in -- to this is incredible I mean we've Madison Square Garden stock moving higher now that the there's.

Oh I think it's fascinating images show you how dynamics.
Influence the way things go for us emerging markets in great innovations and new ideas and for him.
Great success but it also shows you how wrong people can be scouts and coaches miss -- And the same thing happens in businesses like cars people flocked to one air -- the other.
And they forget to people still use ketchup and every market in the world and people still eat hamburgers and French Fries and our business continues to respond accordingly.
We'll bring it to hiring them since you bring up people missing.
Certain signs of what looks like a package that isn't what an NBA it would want an NBA team would want when you are hiring somebody bill.
You know it is the rest of may may look perfect allow this person has an MBA or they went to an Ivy League school.
But may -- there's an out wire somewhere how to make sure you don't miss the the kid who maybe didn't go to and ideally want to a public college or something.
-- still has a way to sell your product way better than anybody else.
Well I wanted to public schools -- -- -- university California's an undergrad University of Texas to get my MBA.
I look for drive and hunger common sense in just a positive attitude you give me somebody with a can do mindset -- And I can conquer the world and I think we get hung up on pedigree more than we get hung up on capability.
And on desire.
And I think -- you incensed that desire and motivate those people leave them in the right direction they can do almost anything.
Bob books that I love that I love that the synergy is gone and a different direction that I really had intended for it but I think it's.
It's more -- -- other people think if we're having worked front on this but let me just quickly escape as we put it out on Twitter.
Ex US aside from the US who consumes the most catch up.

Doing very very well Japan is a well established large -- market five per capita basis the Swedes consumed the most and they put it on pasta.

Some people put on salads that ubiquitous products that you -- what issues says that's one of the great things about it even after -- 136 years were finding new ways to grow the business.
