I'm Robert -- -- your Fox Business -- Freddie Mac says the average rate thirty year fixed rate mortgage held steady at a record low.

For a third straight week.

It was at three point 9% it's the lowest levels its long term mortgages began in the 1950s.

The number of Americans at risk of foreclosure is declining the Mortgage Bankers Association says seven point 6% of homeowners.
