And Jessica resort is here with us right now she is and -- say this once the found certain of the bad -- -- -- now tell us what.

That is first -- -- Businesswomen as a place for you this this is so stressful especially for small business owners where in the economy and in all the stuff in it and getting clients and -- -- people so overwhelmed and exhausted being a bad -- is all about having fun in business and coming together with other people who want to.

-- fun and grow -- really be themselves in the business environment have you seen a lot of women step up during this economic downturn and say look like that I lost my job.

And -- Diana do this let's just yet yeah -- they've been forced to analyze capacities.

They now don't have a career to lean back on that they've sort of been thrown out in there and they're fumbling around they're trying to find other people that are on the same -- them and so what we're building -- a community of people that.

Whether they lost their job or whether they've just started a business by choice they've come together and learn about the mindset and the skill set behind being successful launch -- but yet 90% of women owned businesses never owned more than 50000 gros why.

There's there's a lot of speculation about that one of the reasons and in fact -- -- And just working on and releasing a brand new special report you can get that raise my prices dot com can ask you about that website okay that's also your suit and raise my prices stock company Democrat has as much as we talk about -- -- -- -- -- yet but just we talk about mindset and being strong and being confident.

There -- skill sets to knowing your value knowing what to charge and then knowing how -- steadily increase what you're making in the work environment.

Because and women make less than men what their first job out of college.

-- it's not necessarily anything about the job but women don't negotiate their salary.

We don't I I kind of get that we don't sell ourselves as much yes I I do believe that sometimes sometimes and I think we're little humble while some of the -- But -- -- -- currently usually -- how we're taught since little girls were taught to be polite to fit in to be appropriate to.

Dress nice to -- in a lot of cases to be seen but not heard it's just took.

Women have only been doing business for the last fifty years -- men have been doing business for thousands of years.

Right so there's certain things that women culturally socially they just haven't adapted in the same way that -- it.

And to your point we don't have as many role models yes I'm Alice fortunate I was raised -- single mother who worked there.

But many of my friends have stayed -- months yeah so for them to go to their mothers now for advice they can't.

So it's really tough and it's our generation to get out there and you know knock on the board and I days sees me doing say I need more money.

Yes in it's all about to highlight a mentor worrying one -- my mentors is Nell -- from count me she's here all the -- -- now love Melamine have now.

This thing is it.

Also though there's such a thing as reimbursement touring just as much as I'm learning from -- -- is learning from me about digital culture about how to get your name out there on FaceBook about how to use email marketing.

So as you're looking for -- ship.

-- accordance with someone that's.

Got more experience than you and someone that has less experience that may -- knows more cutting edge things that you -- but let's also talk about the notion that many small business -- -- first five years so what are some of the things they're doing wrong.

Some of the things are getting -- -- under charging.

A -- and that's one of the -- the killer things is they don't have the right business model and a lot of them are just sort of like.

Doing it than that with their eyes closed -- a lot of ways because they haven't learned the skills that they need to be successful launch maneuvers so one of the things that I talk about and raise my -- raise my prices dot com.

Is how to set your prices.

And how to raise them so you're not operating in some kind of volume model but your operating as a boutique model -- you're charging more.

Working less and overall having more fun in your business still OK so -- from.

One of the things you -- matters is notion of personal branding yes what does that mean become a celebrity in business -- we'll people celebrities make more money.

I mean if you are well known if you've got established credibility if you're good at community.

So many women are super credible and super good at what they do that thing they do -- it's communicating that to their target market.

See you may have been on -- stations you may have always accreditation you may have worked with the best clients but unless you put that stuff for word.

And to a certain degree brag about yourself right half -- That is -- self confidence that allows you to charge more ultimately and have a successful business model in the long term.
