Talent and their ability I mean humble -- obviously everybody's in favor of that because that produces the best company.

But again you have to return to -- do you really want to appoint a woman to the bullet because she's a woman.

Q okay so you want to find great board members.

FaceBook would benefit by finding some great women to augment that their current board there's no question.

Why they're going public.

Is to open themselves up to investors and the -- that investors are -- question that's part of the process.

What a great thing that they're asking for more women a because India and these suggestions on which women could be appointed to face -- -- -- real contribution to a social network.

Well I think that I mean.

So who should they be asking for their board -- I don't know I think come up with some ideas that show ever that's one of them obviously but and Meg Whitman coliseum arena for -- absolutely.

Absolutely.

Mark is up about a bird yes that would -- yes so I think you are you an agreement with me on those you saying that women should be appointed and I want.

Are you so -- OK so -- I think that when -- putting together a board of directors.

That it's important to have great board of director members I think that there are some talented women that could be one of those directors but no he can't -- this to somebody part.

Just the fact that there.
