So it's Wednesday so that means we have to outline why -- me Wednesday and -- an Lexus -- with this right now.

ADV wine bar tell everyone what ADV stands for stands for alcohol by volume.

I love that I love that know why you are opening in this wine bar on Friday yes you and your -- yes and that -- part and in our partner great.

Why.

Another one by Manhattan is jamming with them well what sets us apart.

-- are going to be great value and we're really focused on being neighborhood place so need to read -- uptown neighbors uptown east -- 97 -- so you know our perspective is you give someone a good value good service.

We put a lot of thought into our food and our beverage selections and I think you know the business is going to be a success because of that but -- ever.

One Y.

Alcohol by the volume is important when you come here so we.

I thought of the name is as sort of a funny thing because a lot of people who are interested in wines and Beers are really into what the alcohol percentages every time you buy bottled beer at a time by about -- it says -- -- -- the alcohol percentages.

And I thought we could have a lot of fun that not only letting people know what the alcohol percentages in what we're selling but also serving our beverages in different volumes.

So that you -- by the volume you don't pay by the collapse and both options we'll have glass program and also and on consumption program and I'm can so what's the difference then between consuming.

Four glasses or just paying by the bond.

It would be a slightly better vol value if you wanted to do that on consumption program.

And just -- until then you -- -- -- you don't think it's actually now.

Again and then the world is it changing I think -- and I think to your point that.

You know the high end restaurants have all gone for little bar menus Indianapolis and things like that's like.

Even the wind world they are certainly some people out there that can afford expensive one facility started people.

I think are looking for value I agree and so that being said.

How do you -- open barriers kind of a break it down for them well I think we're really focused on being accessible.

You know our wines by the glass program starts at seven dollars for a glass of wine and you know recently when I've been around this city it's been hard to find glass wine for under twelve so I think we're gonna help people sort of break into enjoying -- by bringing the prices -- a little -- you're director of -- -- education and difference -- institute -- they asked the FCI has been.

Very good friends of ours here at fox.

What's changed over the years.

I think -- more people are interested in food and beverage and I think especially as.

They've been changing careers you know as the economy has struggled people are trying to are starting to go after their passions so you know when I was at the FCI over the years.

We saw more and more students coming in more folks who -- career changer is looking to get into food and beverage because that's what they were truly passionate about elegantly life career change exactly exactly how they saw how do you get from there to opening this.

-- wealth summit background -- and hospitality and in -- you know I've been working in restaurants in New York City for over ten years and for the last six or so have been focusing exclusively on wind and you know having my own place is something I want to do ever since I was little girl.

What's changed in the wind around I think and there's a younger audience who's interested in -- and I think there's also in a similar to what we saw on the craft beer movement I think people are more interested in smaller production lines from sort of off the beaten path areas.

I think generally the shift is going to tighten the younger generation -- interest in the name confusing to me because I know when I was young we didn't.

We even going near Miami I'm pleased to decline rate is like my -- person and that yeah yeah and I -- especially I think.

From what I've learned here and I'm I'm learning that's how this whole segment started but.

-- -- -- -- I kind of bringing in the younger crowds -- sectors of the world in the Philippines you're saying sure sure there's some a lot of those have -- -- this weakness here it's easier to drinker for folks who -- -- -- one.

Race convincing as the Redskins -- -- tar -- what kind of wine and you offer at the new place.

Everything you know from -- well known favorites to sort of more office of the beaten path why is he had -- -- -- and then you have.

For -- to order by consumption is that right.

-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- I've got to believe that will appeal to the younger generation.

I think what people be really open to an excited to try especially they haven't.

Done so already and you are where upper east side yet 97 reflect which is a very young.

Part of town together and I think our people out there.

Tell us about the relationship with your partner though because he's big cheese fan are you gonna call that -- We really think she's on the menu we're gonna have some more composed dishes as opposed to just your theory and -- please let them -- she's in street would want -- -- is fantastic -- -- Thanks so what's the plan opened my -- them warm man you know try to get -- little -- yeah.

Yeah we'll see how this goes but yeah I could actually see the cons -- being rolled out to other locations.

-- do you and then foresee as far as the wine world goes -- powers.

I think that's.

We will seen more of focus on through real lines you know wines that are.

Manipulate a little bit less.

No -- systems than in the vineyards lessons done to them in the winery.

Where the winds will reflect more of the place where they come from I've heard this actually is also something I've learned to this move towards natural line exactly.

And at vs organic as well then people are kind of looking for both yeah I mean all of this.

The categories in the the meaning gets a little confusing because people have different definitions of organic and different right -- right it is natural.

So basically I prefer to say you know let's manipulated I think it's a little bit more straightforward I think -- -- -- -- certainly takes away the sightings of it.

Absolutely makes it very accessible.

What's your favorite line -- and I mean if I had only drink something one thing for their smile at and Pepsi campaign really yes.

We have champagne enjoyable -- -- -- like this kind ADV a line up -- he's in 97.

-- nice and relaxing.

And website ADV NY dot com.

Friday -- opening price of the day -- said -- I had turtles that's.

Really cook -- -- at -- town on Friday go check it out otherwise their website again ADV wine.

AB and why don't count.

I'm sorry eighty BNY dot com Alexis thinks some I think so -- good luck thank you I love hearing me your opening something in this economy because.

You just don't carry their duty anyway that's and I don't for an awesome thank -- Dow is up to.
