Well we don't have a trial date yet for the Verizon situation so the timetable there is not yet set.

What we do know is that coming off -- wind of over 600 million dollars against ditch our win with AT&T in the settlement you just mentioned.

Over the last nine months.

We have what analyst think will approach 900 million dollar and originally well without too -- cause -- I mean are you going to buy something that's what analysts are waiting for well certainly we've we evaluate all kinds of opportunities in that regard but what -- really investing in.

Organic growth are all our own R&B as an operating companies we've become.
