-- all right Jon Huntsman and he finishes number -- me on the lives to fight another day as he put it to -- -- to South Carolina.
Do began the 100.
I'll get right 101800.
Flowers.
So you know it's one of those nights imagining that my god -- them but thank you very much but -- the -- They had that I was -- about you wouldn't absorb a little bit during the break there.
On your good -- you came up with -- -- -- -- flowers it seems commonsensical now but at the time he didn't and and in retrospect -- I'm not saying it's 999 -- But I am saying that have been stolen numbers.
I did that.
-- -- candidates need to get a better.
Grip on marketing what they are marketing a product whether they have to do.
Well I think they're doing I think you're seeing that happen now I just think we soar.
Someone running for 2016.
And the governor Huntsman I do I think that he's doing the right thing to say in a right things he's firing of his people.
I think what we saw what you predicted early on that is gonna have this drawn out primary season.
But they did something very different in the last time that if you -- -- -- -- you spoke -- -- -- and you have -- this time who's got more money.
Federal organization.
And -- never gonna quit like he did the last time and -- -- -- -- -- he just -- all the -- -- -- that.
You would just be so difficult to run and speak every day try not to say anything.
I built a career out.
But I -- has -- possible.
But -- -- almost no rewards for them talking don't really sold -- you know somebody to do any of these guys well you war compel you not to think are done on this is a message I thought hopeful.
Well I heard one thing tonight that I thought was really interest and I wrote a column earlier today by David Brooks.
We talked about where the liberals -- as a really thoughtful column and.
About how they look at government and the mistake they might be making by embracing conference -- -- -- -- -- Romney's speech tonight that I thought was brilliant marketing and great deliberation.
That is he's working on a government that simpler smaller and smarter.
And see at the three -- -- there and we all know governments going to exist and are some -- they'll talk to government we really respect we really respect the military.
We really respect the FBI really respect other agencies like the food and drug administration and they do things to protect the people so it's not likely -- all government.
But I said I think -- candidate that embraces the idea that government could be good and can work first but it needs to be managed has a message I think that could resonate.
And his other messages the other message -- resonates which is.
That growth and it's all about growth and so I think from our branding -- we've got the growth message.
He's got talking about government in the right context than the last messages know we've had this experiment going on the site here our economy for the last twenty years.
Experiment where we have.
It's where we have people forming businesses with very little borders.
So of boundaries this kind of in an environment that Fred Wilson accretive venture capitalist human count talks about.
It's called the Internet and it's a hundred -- -- hundred billion dollar industry now and it's happened and -- the laboratory it is is you don't need permits.
You just need an idea some energy some capital and some nerve and what does the government.
And it needs to be behind -- are only -- I think your Blackberry governor and there.
We'll know -- -- -- whether it's volt battery powered cars successful.
And of noddle scale back production its current.
Gives chairman and that was back to -- quality in Silicon Valley -- on the same thing called Tesla Motors.
Without without any -- back and it and so do you think the message -- team of GM and only does and the message.
And maybe the indictment on this administration could do.
The fact that it plays too much faith in him.
And to do that well I think that's I think from a branding point of view that's a message that -- it.
That message is shaping up on the Republican side we hearing is smaller smarter simpler government and embrace that reward them complement it when it's really don't well.
And if that is Democrats are forced to running embracing a bigger.
Dumber government that's not a good -- position -- Alright world knows better than you.
So a lot of the wanted under fire -- you do it didn't -- I didn't go anywhere to look at you now.
Jim thank you very very much spirited in -- great -- -- do this I think the second line that night.
Was someone talking about their competition in the business news -- in commercials and -- I don't know if you heard that -- it's incredible.
It's it's a declining as a part time don't -- it started couldn't help and analysts say no you would do the same for certain -- -- -- -- on the thank you Jim your gentleman and a scholar a clear.
