Well joining me now -- -- dobbs tonight eighteen former assistant to president George W.
Bush Ron Christie former Schumer advisor -- news political analyst.
-- -- An executive director of the independent women's -- Sabrina Schaeffer good to see a good to have you back with a -- -- Let's start with you are you expecting any surprises in New Hampshire tonight.
I'm not but I guess maybe the surprise for me is that I think that Romney really need -- has come around on some of the issues in a way that you know ironically this this.
Some of -- late.
This aspiring and -- fit and he's gotten -- and -- himself into.
And -- he pointed out -- need it maybe he's actually grappling with some of these free market ideas in a way that I don't think he was earlier in the campaign.
Themes is that he's digested the idea of you know.
The importance of having choice -- your health care for instance and I think for me that's the big surprise here that may be Romney.
You know is as bad as I as I first body was personal.
-- -- Bull -- that sounds like I'm.
Absolute enthusiasts.
I was gonna say unmitigated and enthusiasm.
The thing that I see live for being -- New Hampshire the last two days.
Unlike Iowa and I don't wanna take anything away from Iowa but the signs the enthusiasm folks were out and about in the streets passing out -- putting up yard signs.
Unlike anything I've ever seen and the thing that I heard on the streets are talking us citizens who -- there was.
Who's running for second place who we know that -- is gonna win by it better part of one percentage points but.
Is it going to be Jon Huntsman is having a strong surge as you say we know that he will win by twenty points either conventional wisdom -- -- he will win by twenty points -- more but again my point is a very important one here.
Hi this is -- -- and a second he's down from thirty but who's gonna come in second.
Is it going to be -- surging Huntsman is it going to be -- Newt Gingrich Ron Paul is -- stairwell -- seems to be in his own lane.
But who's going to be in second that can really compete with South Carolina and that's what a lot about counselors -- I think Huntsman could be solved by all I don't think I don't about -- now.
-- -- -- Are there so much enthusiasm in the Republican field you guys all seems so excited about the the likelihood of supporting -- -- why does and how I refer to Mitt Romney because saying get your supporter is like saying -- big fan of folks that your favorite food.
There is nothing to him he gets about as much to want action -- -- -- OJ -- jointly food group which -- what President Obama yeah I think President Obama as the Pope Korea various issues and I enjoy every -- of up.
But anyway that's what Mitt Romney's got to contend with they're gonna have to work well yeah.
Well I think about what I've done cat I had the guy who prepared that -- -- -- let let me go back from Chris Farrell said about the about the GameStop is gonna attack on capitalism it's an attack on greed.
And what Mitt Romney did by going to -- it -- billion dollars out of a company and then firing the people who work there may that company's strong Chris who read anything negative equity.
This is kind of populist pandering that that Chris is comfortable -- -- -- on the -- I mean that's not the kind of populist pandering doesn't happen on the right we don't believe in that in the same way that they do on the -- we can.
You Romney he's Smart right now is realizing that assuming that he becomes the nominee this is exactly the conversation he's going to happen a few months mom and liberal on whether -- -- About foreign policy now that some greatest -- exactly well taken here Mitt Romney if he gets beaten up by the likes -- English from the conservatives on this very point.
Building a much stronger position for the general election wine because there's nothing that the Democrats -- -- a month we believe in capital or did you just like.
Or should -- drop me a favor if I don't there we're gonna be back to get I don't know about that further and I power of this right nationalization of of events and perhaps understand better.
The orthodox -- of the left and the right as we continue stay tuned to Fox Business Network throughout the evening we have complete coverage for your of the --
