Tonight's primary and its importance in New Hampshire the attorney general of the state of Florida -- -- attorney general great to have you with us.

What media thanks live thanks for having me great to see you great to see you and your thoughts on what's happening in New Hampshire you expecting any surprise is surprises are you.

Are you are you pretty well comforted by the campaign is to what's going to be the outcome.

Well governor Romney is -- campaigning so hard in New Hampshire and I'm very confident found.

Very hopeful that that he will win New Hampshire.

If you -- The idea that from here kid if it does hold up and Ron Christie with whom we were just speaking talking about doing better than 30% in the overall.

Number why do you agree without assessment.

Well I do and I and I feel that the governor Romney overall it's going to be extremely.

Successful especially in my state in the state of Florida and I firmly believe that the -- to the White House run straight through Florida.

Straight through Florida it's gonna meander through South Carolina and -- -- places are you saying that you expect the governor to have a nomination wrapped up after Florida.

I certainly have so I you know I'll tell you.

You know they like I moderated a national presidential debate on fox right I got snow all of the candidates.

I worked very hard developing questions we wanted it to be -- very substantial today.

We have some great leaders and I think.

We as conservatives should be very proud of the leaders we have our -- out of -- -- Gingrich and the way in which he's attacked your candidate.

Did you know I I've been disappointed in that I I think Newt Gingrich is a Smart man I've been disappointed and that I think when people get desperate -- the end.

They do desperate -- And then dot dot dot side -- actually to see that happen.

I don't like it wouldn't win win win we're attacking our own party.

We need to you have meaningful.

Substantial debates that's why aren't -- we interviewed each candidate individually.

They were not allowed to say each -- name nor are they allowed to criticize their opponent and we learned more in that debate about what our candidates stood for.

Then any other.

Let me ask you this.

And what what is your thought.

About the vulnerability of Mitt Romney as -- should he become the nominee of the Republican Party how vulnerable is -- on Romney care.

I'm not all that has never concerned me for a moment.

What does this -- energy vulnerability -- to you.

Our what do you expect to see exploited by the president in his campaign staff.

Either frankly I I think the Obama they're they're gonna try their liberal propaganda.

With him -- we've already seen the personal attacks there attempting to make.

On they're taking things he -- out of contacts.

-- -- access to halt here I'm leading in the suit as you know with twenty my Mother's Day.

Many of the attorneys generals have -- governor Romney and he believes as I do that the founding fathers believed in a limited.

Form a government and that's what this is about it's about so much more than health care.

And governor Romney a lot of other candidates -- has firmly stood beside us on the health care issue and talked.

I have been asked to be on his health care policy.

To develop a national health care policy so I feel very confident.

And his thumb and what we're going to do in the future with health care.

Confident enthusiastic.

And and also the Supreme Court will be deciding in the midst of this presidential election.

Not only Obama care about on illegal immigration.

Abuse of power and overreach buying government whether it be.

The EPA or rather it be the the FCC.

These are the seminal cases before the Supreme Court.

Playing directly into.

-- fundamental issues -- in this campaign.

Your thought on the likely impact on that campaign.

And let -- let you named Amal and let me tell you I -- says sick and tired.

A being a state attorney general and then all of us are having to constantly sued the federal government.

-- things that we shouldn't have to be involved and as you said.

Over regulation the EPA.

All these issues that are that are killing jobs and in Florida we have governor Rick Scott and we are all about creating jobs and bringing jobs.

To our state and to our country and that's what governor Romney is going to do when a -- did and I'm very proud -- beyond the Romney team.

All right well pound bomb and I thank you for being here you have -- -- live you have got a full plate.

And we should -- up there we know you're the person that -- at all thanks so much for being with us attorney general -- --
