Basically a lot of Republicans have hinged their hopes on the idea that the president has not done a good job of managing this economy.
And we're still over well over 8% unemployment.
Is this argument gonna go away if this trend continue.
It's no because that this administration is a target rich environment for Republicans and it's not just on the economy although that the job numbers.
Let's keep in mind he said pass -- -- -- this -- although he call that a stimulus bill caught or killed and will never go below 8%.
We haven't gotten that -- yet so I think that.
It's clear that he has not manage the economy has he promised that he would.
Then if you look at all the other things his inability to work with congress the lack of transparency the cronyism.
And believe me there's plenty of stuff for the Republicans set to to go on.
Well governor let me show you full screen we have here of unemployment under President Obama and believe me -- is going to be part of the democratic talking points look at this -- It's a bell curve and it's in its favor.
How do you get past the point that unemployment starts to look better you know you can't say -- bent down so long it looks like up to -- -- Well I think.
Even though there is obviously some good trends.
-- and Republicans should salute them.
Analysts say that part of the reason is his because -- wants the Republicans took the house in congress they put the brakes on some of the runaway spending.
So the Republicans can take some credit for a different kind of economic environment they should and they will whether they deserve it or not -- the president deserves it look.
I -- less convinced that politicians really manipulate the economy that much the best and they can do is to not harm it.
And what I think there's sometimes we we think is that the politicians can create an economy no they can't but they can't harm it.
With over regulation over taxation and over litigation those at the three things to kill -- economy.

To the Republican candidates is just too -- -- become -- Iowa right that was this school weaker now exciting was that you know I think that the big bill should be Newt Gingrich -- his Mitt Romney.

The problem is Iowa and New Hampshire are totally different states Iowa is a state that is much more driven by value voters.
New Hampshire it is much more leaning libertarian so what drives a victory in Iowa.
Is often the opposite of what will drive a victory New Hampshire so if Rick Santorum.
Takes exactly the same message that helped to propel him to a huge finish in Iowa it won't necessarily work for him in New Hampshire and -- New Hampshire voters.
That wonderful people and sometimes say they're contrary it is and they want to say -- -- -- see what they -- what will will show them that that's not what we're gonna do.

The person who wins South Carolina may well be the nominee for the party.

I don't think so I can't see -- Jon Huntsman doesn't come in first or second in New Hampshire he told me on my show that he didn't win New Hampshire he would be done.
Any just flat out we'll get the tape and and and show it but that's a pretty Bolden and audacious position to take.
I think repair is looking long and hard how long does he stand but let's say they all go to New Hampshire as he's he's South Carolina.
South Carolina is a very different state than either Iowa or New Hampshire because it's media driven.
There's a lot of grassroots to be done in South Carolina -- you can't win South Carolina without a lot of money and media.
And that's where is separates the people with a treasury and the people without one or even worse Rick Perry has a lot of data one thing Rick Perry can do -- spend money.
And he may stay -- as long as he can handle the burn rate of his -- -- when he gets the Florida then it's too expensive for even him unless he raises a bunch of more -- because there.
You've got 67 counties and ten major media markets and they're all very very expensive it is a huge huge cost.
To be competitive in Florida.

Should demand paychecks and not be satisfied with food stamps.
After -- heavily criticized for -- he says he was completely misunderstood what you make of this -- I think he was misunderstood and I think it is.

The truth.
Is that you never want to cause people to be for ever and ever.
Enslaved to a government program you want to empower people.
Make sure that they have the opportunity to set their own financial course I think frankly that that sometimes means that people need some help.
With education and they need help with job training in any help with certain things.
I'm not one who says while the government has no role it is in the government's best interest to help people get to that place where they're out of the hole poverty.
But they do it in a way that doesn't as the old classic example it's not given and fish it's teaching them how to fish.
It isn't new it.
Is he's self destructing or is he just getting a lot of attention.
Without any budget what's going on here the one thing that that I think -- has done this week that he should not have done and that is to to -- his anger and his personal feelings.
About what's happened to -- happen.
Those are things you you say in -- rooms.
But when you're out there on the on the stage -- -- happy warrior you're the guy that it doesn't bother.
And you're moving on -- you got bigger things to deal with and some pesky little deal.
That's statement ever heard was when you're getting kicked in the rear it's still proves you're out front and -- celebrate getting hit.
That's what you should do and do it openly and publicly and say it make great all these people against me it must mean I'm I'm out in front it's a great thing to -- front.
