So this bipartisan group Americans elect is now -- about California name to have a third option for president on the -- all fifty states.

Next year tell you that could have a big impact on the race they -- it may not win but they can indicate about.

On the race and clear bird is the CEO.

Of Americans elect he's on the program I -- for the second time it's good to have you California's a big deal right did -- symbolically to get on that ballot.

-- thank you for having me that along with a thirteen other states where we've certified in the thirty will we be done with the process this year.

And will bring home the 21 states to make it.

Fifty plus Washington DC next year what it does is give people a third option an opportunity.

Just as the race's closing -- -- and our expectations -- frame by Iowa they can Begin to.

Americans can Begin to imagine who they like to see run for president 2012 -- pretty sure to be all fifty states it's fair to set.

Absolutely sure that that's the one thing -- is certain about.

-- in the reason I know it's becoming an axis that we talked about the cut a number ties because they are feeling is that this could be.

And -- my feeling I think that's what this last time you were on his kids into the the candidate may -- -- and us but impacting this race in a number of states.

Certainly is possible from a third option you know didn't take much obviously in 2000 for Ralph Nader do it in Florida and this could be much more.

Impact -- from that but the other reason I know that it's becoming a big deal as people are starting to attack you on both sides that you're seeing people come out and say that.

You know that -- did that that this is not David Axelrod made some comments Cooper democracy with that.

With back room bosses that this is not really democratic process that it's his -- party insiders insiders politically like you that are making the that are making this election.

We invited the Obama campaign and the team to coming get a briefing from us on our rules you know they have they would understand that the delegates from this process.

They also would see that some of our internal polling says that the floor for a ticket Democrat and Republican run it together in this environment.

It's when he 5% 25% of the American people are ready for this option.

What they aren't satisfied with is -- closing down the debate in Iowa and a muddle through the first four primary states.

Even as what they really want -- is focus on.

The larger issues that they're dealing with the -- daily lives right they want people to focus on jobs grand bargain and also real leadership coming into Washington in 2013.

It's funny it could it could hurt the president but also of the -- of the candidate is very well could help the president is no way of of knowing how this whole thing is say it it's gonna work out -- where are you in the process right now.

What's next -- you guys terms of getting somebody nominated.

Well I think you remember that we opened up in the summer for any American voter to come and become a delegate and Americans elect.

In January will start the process in earnest the first a virtual primary in history.

Where any registered voter -- -- a draft someone or people will be stepping up to run for president.

That process opens up in April that'll be our primary -- at our convention is engine.

Our convention in June then we'll get gallon here with the two big parties in the third option and who knows maybe some real -- -- birth thank you and we'll keep following this.
