To be raging in both political parties in congress congressman Joseph Walsh joins us.

The senate passes by 89 votes there version of -- senate.
A tax cut extension for two months.
You guys have passed you're tax cut extension -- you first said you didn't want it all per year.
Who who's more and more political trouble here within the party.
And threats without.
Is it Mitch McConnell or is -- John Boehner.

We in the house extended that the payroll tax cut for a year right we extended unemployment insurance and reformed it for a year.
And we took care of the doc fix for two years right and I got to tell you and then the senate throws back at us a plan.
Which everybody has said it's unworkable.
Outside business groups have said they don't want it.
There's something called the national payroll consortium which is said.
A two month payroll tax cut is on process a ball and they can't manage yet.
Well I -- with all of that there.
Where does that leave speaker Boehner.
Where does -- leave senate.
Minority leader.
Mitch McConnell where does that leave -- where does that leave the Republicans and the Democrats Republicans divided obviously between senate.
And house also within the house itself.
Well it -- speaker Boehner here in Washington trying to get something done.
It leaves I'm here in Washington talking to you -- The house Republicans have been here for the last two days were fully prepared you come back.
-- we've appointed kind conferees.
To to get together with the senate side.
We've got eleven case to get this done -- and Harry Reid sat here this and it's not here for the life of me I don't know what that body dies.
While one thing that they've done is through the -- there are some there senate majority leader that said that they've done what they're gonna do and that it's -- -- They're out of town.
What what options are available to them to the speaker.
And to the Republican.
The Democrats got to come back in town and get this done they've got eleven days to get this done -- look.
A two month extension.
Is into anything that anyone wants the senate dump something in our lap.
That is clearly unworkable.
You talk about a political ploy I don't know what else it is a -- -- a congressman I know what's good policy in the last thing we can do.
Is is is more this one month to month stuff.
The American people are sick of that -- and now we know from outside business groups.
This isn't workable the -- gotta do their job.
They've got to sit down at a table with our conference appointees and and wrapped this thing up it shouldn't be that hard to do.
