You'll ever see a North African -- Middle East and countries outside of Israel.
Come up with a system of government that reminds follows in which we would recognize as a democracy.
-- -- No I don't agree I I think it can happen I just think now the question is whether as John Stuart know your former countrymen.
Once put it whether the people are ready to receive.
Represented -- government I don't think the evidence is there for that it's not a knock on them I don't think get a rush is doing so well with democratic government these days either.
But I don't think it's impossible I also don't think it's gonna be anytime real soon.

And democracy movements free votes we always get our hopes up that somehow -- of the things are gonna improve.
And is going to be that element of freedom.
And literacy.
That creates peace in the region I'm I'm simply -- I don't say I'm not I'm not buying that on the basis of historical evidence I'm not buying it.
Well and in the near term I think it's right what look at the results from the Egyptian elections so far with the caveat of course we still have a long way to go.
But -- and the initial voting it looks like the pro democracy pro liberal open society vote.
Is somewhere that 20% or less of which you can bet some 50% 10% of the national vote.
Is the Coptic Christians that don't want to see an Islamic.
Constitution.
So so the number of -- -- quote moderate.
Arabs pro democracy Muslims is depressingly small.
And I think -- risk carries right across the region that's why Israel is worried that's why it's increasing its.
Fortifications.
Along the boundary with Egypt that's why there's geopolitical stability all around and I suspect one reason in part that oil prices are up to him a 102 dollars a barrel as we speak.
