This man is a self made billionaire and has some advice for everybody watching did not sit back and wait for the government to act.

They're create your an opportunity is joining me now from Austin, Texas is John Paul the -- is CEO -- -- -- co-founder.

There and also owner of put strong.

Among many businesses that you're involved in John Paul is -- great of -- to be here.

Let me ask you this though because it to talk about opportunity is one thing -- you did it and did it more successfully than.

The vast majority of people but for somebody who's struggling to find work well how does that translate.

Well first fully -- to understand -- in America -- we the people.

If we depend on the government -- radar jobs -- -- -- -- lives for us that's Communists it socialistic that's not America.

We the people must working go out there and find something and I've got a kid there's a lot out there you just have to now I'll give an example.

-- Tyler Texas last night with 226 year -- Jessica and Tyler.

They wanted to open up a -- they did have several 100000 dollars in the last three years in this economy.

They've managed to get together 50000 dollars opened a salon.

Went to one of the Paul Mitchell schools we have about 161000.

Students -- graduate each year from our school.

And there's more jobs -- that there are students to fill right now.

However we also want to go to the school to get the people don't wait for them to go to -- all of a sudden they were fully staffed in full operation the very first day.

Forbes magazine had an article last week about a company in New Jersey called Crested.

Crescent is paying seventeen dollars an hour for people of the assembly line if they know what they're doing.

They're having such a problem getting workers unskilled workers are gonna teacher workers what to do.

That now from New Jersey they're getting a bus to go to New York to go to some of the areas there to get unskilled workers down.

In up in North Dakota there are tens of thousands of jobs and energy.

I think when the -- things that I for in the last few months.

Is that a lot of younger people are going to work in fast food restaurants may be its minimum wage instead of waiting for their ideal job.

They're doing something temporarily to get them under way.

So it's we the people that should take over.

Find the opportunities go -- to be back to what America's all about we the people making it happen I have not just waiting for the government do some great.

I have to say we're thinking of government view I had you might want to run for public confidence I'm -- I'm just say Ed.

But I know that you signed -- Warren Buffett's giving pledge not long ago to give away at least half of your fortune.

They -- -- away yourself not to the government on my dad.

Do you think that we give it in this country the people who have made the box do you think that that you give enough.

I think well I -- feel that I give enough and I'm giving more the whole thing is now finding out where to put the money where it's really working.

So every year I'm giving more and -- I think there's a lot more like me that are out there but you look at this way.

I could spend a dollar on a philanthropy program like -- appellation -- I can spend one dollar and maybe get fifty -- -- hundred dollars worth of what the government would get.

Because as a business per cycle for the end result the immediately -- would have a lot of red tape along the way.

It's -- -- and I think that -- go ahead finish about.

I think a lot of people are thinking the same way I am let's contribute our money.

To help America grow where we know best his business people we can help out in the -- a -- a lot further than I think a bureaucracy that.

That one last thing John -- the drop in unemployment rates back to where was in march of 2009 is the economy improving.

Enough you think that that's justified.

Well -- look at this way.

There's only 13 of the people that lost their jobs saw back you know in.

2008.

That are back at work there's a lot that aren't back at work I think that the justification is this we have a lot more people back to work at a lot of people for example I think.

In politics should look at where they're weak and where there's strong -- -- -- -- example the super committee if you don't mind share for the super committee.

Yet the super -- be was a great idea but how do you make it work.

They're all politicians may be one of them had a father that was not a -- of one time.

They did -- behind closed doors.

First of all they have to realize your weaknesses I don't my weakness -- -- not a -- help person.

Thank god for managers are are in accounts or I'd be really in big trouble however these guys are great politicians they probably mean well.

But one -- why don't you do it in open doors do -- behind cameras and get some business people in there.

That are used to making things work there used to take -- -- the economy is bad.

You know how to we now reduce our expenses and make things work you look at corporate America they have a lot of money now that's there right.

Because when things went bad they look at how do we make things go right how -- we spend -- they get more results.

So -- the super committee has some business people and their help them out and they did it not behind closed doors but in front of windows with cameras in there.

They could solve this not for a trillion and a quarter but maybe 45 trillion dollar amen to that properly to help America.

John Paul it's great to talk to thank you so much John Paul -- always full of ideas and he made it made it made -- -- A man please come back -- and take care you can to depends not.
