Thank you sir I will do it again okay hundreds of Occupy Wall Street protesters forced out as -- cloudy park overnight now involved.

In a legal battle over tents -- parks at its -- in lower Manhattan bringing us the latest so Adam.

Is this a setback for the Occupy Wall Street protesters where we stand with everything.

Still waiting for the court ruling take a look at the body part right now at the occupy wall -- like to produce liberty -- the original name of the park where it was renamed to cutting.

And you can see that no one's been allowed back into the park waiting on that court ruling the issue is will the protests be allowed in the park.

With their sleeping bags as well as their tents that that's being argued about in court right now joining me from Occupy Wall Street is Mark Gray one of the -- committee people.

We've been talking about the issues down here press conference at 2 o'clock major events scheduled for Thursday the seventy -- -- month anniversary what's happening Thursday.

Well on Thursday it is scheduled to be a march from the park here to Wall Street to -- -- disrupt the morning activities to.

You know emphasize our values and economic justice democracy against those of the financial institutions.

Ally in the afternoon people are meeting up -- subway stops around to -- to take -- February right down to City -- on a march across the preponderance mark let me ask you two months you guys have been down there how could anybody living in the United States not know your message isn't the message out.

Is it still necessary to disrupt the livelihoods of the people the businesses around here for the rest -- New York -- you know our perspective is that the activities the financial institutions and corporations are detrimental to the activity of the majority of working people in this country.

And so we're trying to disrupt where -- are doing we see each other in an -- -- and all confrontational role.

So yes we're trying to disrupt with a -- Why don't you take this fight or this disruption to Washington.

Well we plan on doing that -- there's an occupied DC and so we see both as being relevant.

But we're trying to emphasize the -- underlying role of money in politics and the fact that these financial politics is out of Washington shouldn't you be in Washington exit out of Washington but where the politicians get their money that Wall Street.

Well politicians get the money from all over the country but coming back to the situation it's -- cutting the mayor since you guys can go and that is mostly be back to tents there we can come back as long as we don't do what we've been doing for two months which is occupying and having a important -- -- -- -- catch occupy without tents and sleeping bags.

Without -- wanna -- and I might not you can stay at night get a Sony to sleeping -- a ten billion yet but I think that -- Gilligan Brookfield -- he can't even my down.

But their alleged that Brookfield and the city of saying come watch us as the greenback to test you know homeless people I added this is actually protesters set estimate has -- a guy from Brooklyn said.

I asked him what's gonna happen if you can't go in there with tents and with -- -- that -- -- here without tend -- -- the next what did you -- that -- Well certainly it makes it a lot more difficult we want to be able to have -- states -- people aren't getting hypothermia night we don't want a -- people have to sleep outside as these homeless people often have to and so we want to have a sustainable way to.

Grab you know have our right to freedom assembly respected to continue spread our message about economic justice democracy in the park and my you occupy the part to the rest of New Yorkers have a right to occupy the park on occasion to without you.

Well you know obviously whenever you have any sort of public event any sort of march impedes upon the ability of other people to participate in that space or your rights I -- -- it sounds like you're saying your rights supersede the rights of I don't know what I'm saying is that an important those of moving like this well once a while you're -- supersede the rights of others -- where at a time mark I apologize.

They ought to go back.

Awaited -- collateral at the what it sat save at least Adam okay thank you.
