The filing starts when you file the case you have sixty days to take it to the Court of Appeals all the jobs -- about it for ten months.
So we fight took it to the Court of Appeals they would rule this statute of limitations had run -- -- starters this this is a terrible and unfortunate and unconstitutional result what what are you gonna do about it did did you tell our producers that.
