Well we certainly think it's necessary when we look at what's happened in other states and in see the implications has had for agriculture.

In a state like North Dakota this so dependent on agriculture for the well being ever economy we certainly think that this is necessary.

Explained lead the good -- -- financial cost not just to farmers in North Dakota but ultimately if the humane society had its way.

And they can almost eliminate the practice of using animals for food after fiber what would that -- to this country economically.

Well -- in North Dakota alone agriculture's a thirty billion dollar a year business so you.

You take out across the the entire nation is trillions of dollars.

But more importantly than economics as we feel that this is certainly -- food security of food safety issue for our consumers.

Mother that goes to the -- store a couple of times a week to buy groceries for family has to be assured that we are still for writing the safest.

Food in the world and we're doing that is American farmers.

If the groups like the Humane Society of the United States and others get their way -- push this industry offshore those guarantees are necessarily going to be there.

And I guess one of the ironies of course will be as -- certainly we would not.

We would have millions of cows and chickens as pets and they got their way.

But let me just ask you one thing.

I farming in North Dakota you know I was reading your notes.

Third people North Dakota are kind of forgetting about farming in other words the feels like it's fading away you've got a booming energy industry there.

Naturally -- -- just sort of start to fade away with respect to just the way the economy is going anyway.

Well you know we don't think so when you look at.

North Dakota's economy agriculture just production agriculture alone is about 36% of the State's economy.

When you that it had manufacturing -- Processing were a full 45% of the State's economy.

And while oil is is sexy and is the thing that's being talked about the most now agriculture still the biggest industry in the state.

It and when we look at the size of the industry the importance of the economy and we look at the food safety issues when the voters go to the polls.

-- douse themselves is this really important we think the answer comes down to a pretty easy yes.

-- have you us there we're going to be importing all of our food from China the answer is a double yes thank you very much.
