I think it needs to be focusing on making it easier for people to legally come and work here we spend our time.

Educating scientists developers.
And then -- send them home because they're not allowed to stay here legally.
John what are you in terms of your hiring what you're doing here are you gearing are you how many jobs are you adding -- planning to -- -- you having trouble filling those.
Physicians.
You know we've we've long been trying to hire more jobless software developers we've opened the second office to make it.
Easier so that their commutes to shore.
We have a hard time filling those positions.
You know I think it's important for our universities to educate Americans to fill these jobs but -- they do.
We need to be able why -- we knew we need to be able to give -- says.
To those they can do these jobs and help American.
Companies grow and keep all of -- important.
How is business right now what do you expect for the holiday season.
You know business is fair I think people are are concerned and are watching their pocketbooks carefully.
But because we're discount -- offer great deals.
We're hopeful that that.
Are you planning anything special to bring people and get you starent and I didn't unemployment rate of 91.
Yeah you know we will have great deals as we always do will be offering coupons during the holidays and special shipping deals.
We're in all that we can still offer great prices in great deals to those that.
They have less dollars to spend.
