But let them.
-- other -- well we're not waiting for congress we can't wait for congress to do its job.
We said we can't wait for congress to help small -- as those we can't wait.
For an increasingly dysfunctional congress.
To do its job but remember what I said we can't just wait for congress because we can't wait for congress to help our families and our economy we can't wait for that action.
-- -- -- The president said he can't wait for congress to fix the economy so he signing a blizzard of executive orders but is he breaking the law.
Joining me now is congresswoman Marsha Blackburn.
It lead -- illegal -- you know comes from.
I don't know if if you've reached the point of it being illegal right now but what we do -- it is outside of regular order.
The house has to step process we have three branches of government.
-- he cannot circumvent -- we have deals with have I think it's eighteen bills as of today that are waiting in the senate for passage.
That are jobs directed bills now what he's trying to do is say house I don't need you cynic I don't need to.
House has done its job the senate hasn't done his job so we need -- taught to -- rate needs to remember.
He is not -- in -- He's got to work with.
How does and he stumped he's asked actually come on says this is what -- -- if I can't if I can't get my bills through the house because you Republican.
Run right now held right now I'm gonna go around.
Almost maybe not illegal but impeachable.
Unethical -- a fall in the scale.
You know I think we'll -- what continues to progress with this.
The house has done its job we're delivering on what the American people want.
Less regulation less litigation analyst taxation to give us more innovation in job creation they want that and the problems address -- -- Those -- actions that we have been taking.
We're sending those deals to the senate -- it is not taking those -- up.
So if he's got a problem you know look at -- theory also needs to be listening to what it is that the American people say they won't.
It is not another stimulus it is not another bailing out it is not more government regulation.
What you know I got a little bit of heat for saying that from from the left for saying that this new student loan bill -- -- student loan rule.
Executive order that he signed this week which allows student loan debt to be if you bring it on to the US government on to the taxpayers.
Ledger.
In twenty years -- 25 years it can be excused.
The rates going to be lower.
And I said that it in a campaign cycle campaign year and a half or so.
Isn't this like buying the vote of the youth of people who worst saddled with a trillion dollars.
What's so interest thing about this.
What that caused people to say it's easy going to get select forgive -- -- is he going to forgive some powers line.
Is he going to forgive all these loan guarantee programs what about SBA loans what about IRS debt.
Where do you stop when you go on that -- so -- we are a nation of laws we abide by the rule of law.
We have three branches of government they are set up to function.
And any specific manner the American people like an orderly process we have a president who does not like that process.
What he is doing it is definitely not the way.
To get business done.
And Ali to doing is trying to do quick fix fix it is not something that is going to permanently change the problem we camp which is government overreach.
Too much regulation too much big government.
People want to reduce the size of government not grow it.
Congressman Marsha Blackburn thanks for coming in.
Today and guys take -- --
