OK there's the constitutional issue this is the federal government -- state government it really comes down to the medical marijuana industry and the justice department for its part says it's targeting.
The commercial enterprises and not -- seriously -- the caregivers the feds claim that many hot clubs are too close to places where children gather.

However there will always there will continue to be dispensaries in the state of California when the dust settles there still will be medical marijuana in California.
