Well -- said of a -- was this whole concept of trying to run against congress.
We can't wait for congress -- I'll pass this bill congress it's.
It's a variation on the theme that we've now become familiar with the president.
It's the -- way to go to Election Day but he's running hard.

To try to short people's position related to their mortgages may help a little but it does not appear there's enough money in it.

People could be helped by the plan when He announced it.

This is an administration that's -- right now it seems to me and I wanna get your thoughts on this.

Isn't there -- case to be made that this administration is really hit a wall of irrelevance when it comes to.
Taking on congress putting forward these proposals because nothing is happening.

Well I think the question -- the could be put this way as well.
And that is -- people just to name out.
On these issues you know He had two years He had full sway over congress Brit I can't I can't let you rephrase the question that way that's two succinct and direct I look at.
It but He had two years you know as you as you mentioned earlier with full sway over congress.
He passed a lot of things and and and obviously they haven't done the job that the public expected of him and the question now becomes can He campaign his way out of this.
I'm not saying it's impossible but I I can't think -- -- time and it ever have before the president who was in this much trouble because of the circumstances and then the country.
Without changing them in a meaningful way I was able to campaign is where reelection I just can't see it happening.
And and now with the jobs bill in at least in limbo at best this super committee.
Carrying out a public meaning for the first time this week we're going to see just how much trouble we're really didn't hear of because at every turn it seems were at an impasse.
Well it certainly is no indication yet that this so called super committee of congress to ask.

-- come close to any kind of deal that that they could present to the full congress.
And my sense about this is that you know if they don't -- -- draconian measures that would that would go into effect.
That nobody's gonna like so they have a real incentive to get it done my sense is if they do get it done Lou it's going to be very late in the game.
The eleventh hour and it'll be is -- Probably as bloody as the fight over raising the debt ceiling.
And and that makes it and on its uninspiring.
Possibility.
Do you see any any success looming for this president obviously.

Do you do you see a way forward for this president right now to really build some momentum in his campaign.
Well well He has some foreign policy successes you know He killed Osama bin Laden a previous administration tried its best and failed to do it He got it done.
Now you know you can argue about who put commitment machine in place to -- and all that.
But He also killed on -- all hockey now Moammar Gadhafi is gone and he's taking credit for that -- no debt get some.
The the real question is not whether He can -- successes in this area the real question is.
Whether this election will be about foreign policy any significant way so -- it isn't shaping up to be that if it.
